Chipotle Mexican Grill

We have had many disappointing experiences at this location. And for some reason we came back tonight. Not only was the food station a complete mess, they were out of several food items, the young woman making the burritos had a horrible attitude and acted inconvenienced by every item requested. She rolled her eyes several times. No one had a sense of urgency and I honestly don’t know how this location stays open.

yall pmo so bad. they ration food so hard as if it comes out of their paychecks 😭 it's so pathetic, especially if you do a mobile order. ordered chicken tacos and can't even taste any chicken because they put like 2 pieces in each taco. portions are as if they're meant for a baby mouse. spending all this money on their food just to still be starving after 😭

Employee with the earrings on the line rationing servings like it’s money coming out of his own pocket

Haven’t eaten chipotle in a while and finally decided to place an order. I didn’t know which location I’d be getting my food from since it was through a delivery service until after the order was delivered… long story short the food sat out too long and now I’m sick. If I was able to choose the location it wouldn’t have been here. Several people I know that have eaten at this location specifically have gotten food poisoning!

Been here a handful of times. Each time I give it the benefit of the doubt. Mobile orders and inline takes forever. Food is fine, it's just the service absolutely is slow. For example, if mobile is behind and working hard but it's slow on the line, no one lends in to help speed up getting mobile orders out. Happened that tonight, I had ten people come in well after me, got their orders all before my allocated time by a landslide, and still the workers just did nothing. What's the point of ordering ahead if I'm better off ordering there? Restaurant area was in bad shape / dirty, and yet wasn't a busy time. Others also saying out loud how bad this is. Over 30 minutes past when order times were supposed to be done... May be the worst I've seen.

Waiting waiting waiting on line as I write this 😵‍💫. There are only about 10 people ahead of us and we have already waited 15 minutes and aren’t half way there.

The waits get longer and service gets worse every time I come in here.

Very dirty, there was trash everywhere. They also ran out of chicken and steak.

This location is always busy and it is clear that the employees work very hard to try to keep up with the traffic. We always get great customer service at this location. Kate was especially helpful today. Even though they were understaffed and the line was long, she worked quickly and used all the resources available to her.

Out of all protein.. 2nd time... The guy was rude too he yells out if u want a protein u have to go somewhere else, i was in line already for 20 minutes, i don't get it!

Avid chipotle eater. Place is always out of 2-3 things. Messy as hell, generally the worst chipotle I've visited.

What is going on with these people this is a very nasty place. It's not today it's not yesterday it's every time that I have been going there for the past 5 months no more. Employees parking their stupid bikes inside I could not even see down with my family

It makes me really sad 😔 that this is the second time I’ve had to walk out of this location because no food or drinks and the messes all over. Save your time and money go someplace else. Why is bringing dirt bikes ok.The employees don’t wear gloves there’s food all over the counters. Disgusting.
