I’m changing my rating on service to 1 star from 5!star. today a black girl doing the take out switched our order and sent us wrong non-veg food instead of veg food. We lost our money. Infact she wasn’t calling out the names once the order is ready while we were made to wait for more than 10 mins beyond the actual scheduled time.

Miserable workers staff is genuinely mad serving me food. Can’t describe how the quality of work and management is so bad! Food was okay i noticed nothing looked fresh which is weird cause that is what you expect out of chipotle fresh!

Dirty environment! Trash is full take it out! The lack of discipline is crazy! Waited 30 min in line while i had two people that were together in front of me. Now the food… there was no meat! When i say they ran out i mean no chicken no steak no carne no pork nothing! Very sad experience huge waste of money i hope this place can turn it around. Also the girl dropped my bowl then smiled like it was funny it in fact was not funny to me actually

Kids love Chipotle. The bowls are too big for them to eat. It would be great if corporate had a half size. But we know what we are going to get. This location was a little odd that there were 6 employees working. One lady working her butt off on door dash orders and the other the walk-in people. The rest were meandering. Could have at least helped people paying.

This is honestly the worst Chipotle I’ve been to in terms of service and being stocked. The person taking my order said they were out of white rice; I asked if more was coming as I would have waited. She checked with her coworkers and just repeated they were all out of white rice. She had to borrow from the mobile order line to even get enough brown rice and cheese for 2 bowls. About one spoonful of old veggies left. As soon as she puts the meat in, a new vat of white rice came out. Im not sure why she didn’t let me choose whether I’d rather wait 2 minutes. To top it off there’s sour cream all over the outside of the bowl.
They just don’t have their stuff together at this location. Everyone looked younger than 25 and there was no sense of urgency or communication.
