Staying at hotel I’m Williamsville and my DoorDash was awful! Cold food, no utensils as requested. My hotel is 1.5 miles and the driver came straight here, there is no reason it should be cold, not even lukewarm - nothing like cold chicken and steak! I skipped the sour cream not to add cold items to my bowl and it still was cold, super disappointed!

Date: 11-1-24 I am currently visiting Buffalo, New York and just received my Chipotle delivery via Door Dash. The first picture is what I received. And the second picture is of the receipt that lists what was ordered. My order was wrong, and my soda was not delivered! This is the WORST experience with Chipotle that I ever had!!! I will be following up with a manager.

No “thanks have a nice day” just throws the bag at me. And the whole time shes bagging the food i have to listen to her say to her coworker how much she hates working here. Nobody wants to hear it! Go in the back and mouth off. Embarrassing of me that i even sat there and paid. Yall suck
