Terrible breakfast. The steak was drowning in garlic which made the eggs taste like garlic. The hash casserole burnt on top and the biscuits well done and hard! Not going back. Over $20 for bad food.

My favorite is country fried steak breakfast, lunch or dinner. Stop for breakfast after ordering told no country fried steak because they haven't turned the fryer on yet ???? Is this the new thing not being prepared for customers

Extended wait times, server was asked to greet us and get drink order. It was busy, but we sat for 15 minutes before the floor manager noticed we still hadn't gotten any drinks and went directly to the server. With I a minute she was getting our orders.

Not a good trip this time. Went to order southern fried chicken and they ran out due to food truck delivery change by management. Tried different menu item but miss my southern fried chicken. Hope they correct this problem.

We visited the Williamson, NY location.
Our server was very polite & efficient.
The food was VERY disappointing. I ordered the Old Timers breakfast. My bacon was undercooked and don't even know what was going on with the grits. The grits were very lumpy & sticky. The only item I enjoyed was the biscuits & gravy - there were great!

Excellent!!

A waitress walking by our table accidentally tipped a full glass of water. She said sorry left.Never returned,2 people at the table were soaked,clothes shoes,money on table.Approx 10 minutes later,I spotter her,asked for towels,she said the hostess should have brought them. She returned with napkins,towel.Did not attempt to help clean,a package,gift was also soaked.My sister did tell a manager,no compensation was made despite the fact that several people were soaked including package,shoes,etc.
