This Dunkin, at 68 Transit Rd. failed on all fronts. First, on entering the store, and being the only customer, I was ignored by at least 4 employees, all engaged in a conversation in other than English, and didn't acknowledge my presence for almost 2 minutes. After getting my order, a sourdough breakfast sandwich and an ice tea, I noticed that I barely got any bacon on my sandwich and that the ice tray tasted like the tea urn hadn't been cleaned in a while. Someone needs to either retrain or replace the staff, in either case I doubt I'll ever return to this particular unit again...

This is one of the worst Dunkins to go to. The only redeeming thing they have going for them is convenience right before getting on the thruway.

If there is more than 1 car in the drivethru, I won't go here because it'll take forever, even if it's just for a coffee (it takes at least 5 minutes for a coffee, let alone getting food).

Today, our family made the mistake of starting a road trip off by stopping here. It took about 5 minutes to get to the window after ordering because there were 2 cars in line. Then they couldn't get a breakfast wrap correct; bacon and egg only, no cheese. After getting it, of course there was cheese on it. We returned it at the window to get a correct one. This took an additional 5 minutes. By this time there were about 6 cars behind us, those poor souls. When we got the replacement wrap, it was cheese and bacon only. We drove off because we didn't want to deal with it anymore.

For real, this place is awful and only an option in a pinch. The Tim Hortons across the street with 10 cars in line would've been a better option.

I'm more of a Starbucks girl but decided to try Dunkin. There were so many food options, I didn't know what to get because it all looked and sounded delicious. Lol I placed my mobile order and while the food and the drinks I order were amazing, can't say that about the staff. They very unwelcoming and kind of made it a little uncomfortable while waiting for my order with their not so friendly attitude they had. Maybe they were having an off-day but definitely didn't make the best 1st impression with me.

The employees were rude and unhelpful. We requested a refund because they didn’t have the food we ordered, but they told us to process the refund ourselves instead of assisting us. Very disappointing experience.

Their service was amazing and delivered with excellent. An Associate named Afran Muqtadir was the employee who delivered the said service. He was calm with me and offered alternatives when I was lost on what I wanted. He was a cute guy who helped me throughout the order and I’ve decided on getting the Chicken Wrap and a Refresher for me and my friends.

Got a bagel via drive through and it was impossible to eat. This was a stale bagel that was reheated and served. Seems to be under new management who thinks it’s fine to serve stale food

Slowest dunkin i’ve ever been to and we even ordered ahead. Never going back. 10 minute wait with three cars in the drive thru. I would’ve left if it wasn’t already payed for.

After a simple mistake on our order of the incorrect bagel it was quickly solved with apologies by the employee. The restuarant is very clean and inviting however the restroom [mens] looked as if it isnt cleaned daily. Overall it was a good experience. The bacon was just the way i like it and hot when recieved. The correct bagel was alittle underdone on toasting but we attest that to the quick fix of replacing the mistake. The drinks were delicious. The staff deserves a raise for their kindness and fast service.

Sometimes the wait can be a little longer than normal, however out of all the Dunkin' I've ever been to. This one and the one close to where I live are the only ones that can actually reliably make iced coffee that tastes good every single time.
