Sometimes the wait can be a little longer than normal, however out of all the Dunkin' I've ever been to. This one and the one close to where I live are the only ones that can actually reliably make iced coffee that tastes good every single time.

Placed an order via the drive through, one coffee one breakfast sandwich.

There's was 1 car a head of me. They didn't open the window for 20 minutes for that car, they finally paid and I still sat there for 10 minutes before leaving

Nice location, I’m just disappointed in the quality of the munchkins lately. The chocolate has no glaze on it and they all seem to be more dense. I used to like their donuts.

Took 10 minutes to put dozen donuts in a box when I was the only customer in the store. Slow service. Awful customer service.

They’re stealing money from customers. Went through drive through on 06/10/2025. Ordered a large ice coffee. Total should have been $4.31including tax, screen confirmed it. Get to window and they say total is $5.53 and charge my husbands card at $5.53. I tell my Hubbs get the receipt. Lo and behold, total on receipt says $4.31. Tell husband check your bank to see what they charged. And they charged his card the $5.53. We then went inside to collect that $1.22 overcharge. And they were very mad. Yet when I asked how they were able to charge that amount vs what the receipt stated , they took the money from the register, took the receipt, refused to give it back and told us to leave. $1.22 might not be a huge amount right? But multiply that by 200 customers a day. And that’s just a low customer count for example. Dunkin, you got thief’s .
