After months of not having dunkin' donuts, I gave this place a try, and it was great! My coffee was amazing, just like i remember it, and my hashbrowns were good and crispy. My daughters bagels were so good.i will definitely be back to this location :)

I really love Dunkin, but I stopped going to this location after I received regular milk in my drink three separate times when I ordered almond milk. Super disappointing as someone who gets extremely sick from regular milk. I went back in one day to have it remade and the manager was very apologetic and offered me a refund along with a new coffee, but the other employees look miserable.Besides that, the coffee is always inconsistent, some days it's very watery or has a strange taste. Munchkins were definitely stale the few times that I ordered them.

Lost all respect at this location and I hope everyone reads this as well!!I asked for a drink with regular milk. They punched in Oat Milk so we asked at the window to change it because I CANNOT drink oat milk.The girl on the window then charged me for the order I didn’t want and when we asked for a refund because the charge would reflect more on my account given I’m from a different country, she then walked over to a lady working on the food who must have thought we can’t speak their main language.“WHITE PEOPLE”All this time you hate racism but you reflect it back on us “White People” when we kindly asked for the mistake to be resolved?Very disappointed in this location and I hope everyone is aware when going here.

I ordered a simple coffee, 3 cream 3 sugar. I got a black coffee after waiting quite a long time to actually be addressed by someone at the counter. Like at least 5 mins! Meaning I picked up my food, walked out, walked back in and stood at the counter repeatedly saying excuse me, excuse me....
We were here around 8AM so it was basically empty yet some of our orders were still missing. But they were able to resolve it when we asked. Dining in was alright and the staff were pretty nice.

Worse experience ever at a Dunkin. It took several tries to make the man understand my order. I thought I had accomplished that after 3 or 4 attempts, but after we drove away and got on the thru way I discovered I was wrong. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and an addition bagel with veggie cream cheese. He was more interested in joking with his coworkers than having the correct order. I drove away with the correct breakfast sandwich and another breakfast sandwich I couldn't eat because of the egg. He should never work the drive thru.
