This mall is great, but not for the reasons you'd expect. My family went to the western New York area a month ago (we're from the eastern part of the state) and Phase ID was a must stop. In order to get to Phase ID, we basically had to walk from the front entrance to the entire mall. Let me tell you, this mall is creepy! Despite many stores being shut down, I still want to give Eastern Hills Mall a good review. It's still a nice, relaxing place to walk around. If you are looking for a shopping spree, this mall might not be what you are looking for. However, the mall has a few collectable/antique stores, a beautiful city of Buffalo fan store, and some other odds and ends shops that you'll enjoy.

Nice mall! Clean and well kept, an interesting variety of stores. Unfortunately, very few people. I am afraid without the traffic, it won't be around long.In any event, it is a single floor mall. All the stores are easily accessible by wheelchair. There are wide hallways which is especially helpful during this pandemic, but would also be helpful in a wheelchair in a crowd.
