I love firehouse subs and how they give back to firemen. I’m a part of their rewards program. When I had a free small sub coupon the manager gave me a disgusted look and said now he’s out of money because it didn’t work in the register.. I don’t understand how that is on me and my fault. I haven’t experienced that much rudeness from a restaurant in awhile. I don’t even know if I want to go back. Also the sub was not a small it was less than an inch long. I honestly am not one to complain I just remembered why I don’t go here anymore. Going out is a luxury for me because everything is so expensive now. Just a little disappointing… it’s on the owner to correct the register/computer problem not me… I felt very awkward and disrespected.

I have been going to this location as well as the mile strip location for YEARS and both locations never fail me !! Always good food with great service and clean locations to eat in. The owner is an awesome guy who goes out of his way to make sure every customer is satisfied. Will continue to support them as long as they are around.

The service was fast and friendly. The dining room was very clean. The food was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be back!Parking: Large parking lot in front of the plaza. A traffic light at the main entrance makes getting in and out very easy.
Really phenomenal hot subs here, so glad this chain has made its way to Buffalo! A Hook & Ladder sub always hits the spot!They also fundraise and donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to the local fire departments, which is a really great cause!FYI, small subs are very small, and the larges are somewhat large, so the medium is pretty much a normal meal portion, though it might be a little light without a side.Dietary restrictions: Offers gluten free rolls

I wish I read the menu carefully "Hot subs"Then listed far below Italian subSorry guys but there is a type of meat cold "Cold cuts" FOR A REASON - COLD MEATI'd NEVER microwave perpperoni / has / Capicola and then slap it on bread and call it a FirehouseIt's not badBut definitely not goodMaybe you can grill ham as in ham and cheese But ..THATS IT !Sorry but I'll never return
My kids have diary allergies and Firehouse is truly careful about it. Unlike other sub places, no accidents ever happened at the Firehouse. Thanks for taking care of the special needs...
