A gem of a place for fresh ingredients, good service and a tasty, healthy food option. I had to duck Buffalo pizza, wings and blue cheese to get here but get here I did and it was well worth it. Well done Fresh Catch, well done. I had a surf&turf poke bowl for the record. Top notch.

Food is fresh and delicious.

Food was fresh and portions large for the price. Service was a bit lackadaisical, but it was after the lunch rush hour. Would recommend, and will visit when back in Buffalo.

I’ve been here twice, both times they didn’t put the sauce on my poke bowl. One of the times I got pineapple and most of it was part of the core, absolutely horrible.

What more can I say about this place……. I LOVE IT! The food is always fresh and healthy. The staff are warm and friendly, they treat you like you’re at home.

I usually enjoy fresh catch but as of recently not so much. I stopped in Sunday afternoon and got 2 surf and turf bowls. Which have frequently increased in price over the past 2 years to $18 each. You would think for that much the ingredients would actually be fresh. Instead every other time I order the same bowl, the avocados are rotted and the shrimp aren’t cleaned . This time there were multiple shrimp in excess of 4 in each bowl that weren’t cleaned and both had rotted avocados. So out of the quarter of an avocado they give you for $18 half of it was rotted. To top it all off, they didn’t even put the ginger citrus sauce on it. I won’t continue to support a business that consistently raises prices and not their quality!

I have loved Fresh Catch for many years. I always recommend it to friends and co-workers. However, I just went to the Downtown location for a lobster roll and had quite the experience. I’m pregnant and I’ve been craving a lobster roll. The gluten free roll was always so appreciated, but it’s no longer offered. When I was greeted I received a cold and annoyed, “Can I help you?” I placed my order and asked if it could be made on the gluten free roll. I got an obviously annoyed, “No, and it will take twenty minutes.” Like, damn. Did I offend you? I waited all day for this. The customer service was atrocious. I actually felt embarrassed that I asked. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be back. Though it’s been a year since my last visit, it’s clearly gone downhill.

This business truly lacks in customer service, especially at the downtown location. I've been going there for about 6 months now. Staff never greets you with a smile...NEVER! I don't understand why this is so?...its kind of sad. By the time they acknowledge you, you feel Iike you're interrupting them.I felt like I was being difficult if I asked for a one item change to my bowl. Staff friendliness/attitude is 50% of the draw to come back/or keep customers. Your food is good, advocado needs to be fresh please.

Good food, bad customer service. Every single time I’ve ordered here I’ve had a rude interaction with workers. Snarky comments every time I order. Good customer service is half the experience so it should be expected to treat customers accordingly but it’s clear they don’t prioritize that :/

Traveling through this weekend from Philadelphia. Stopped for lunch with my friend we both were blown away at how delicious and fresh everything was! When I’m in the area again I will definitely stop by again

I always do build your own bowl with extra everything and the food is amazing always super fresh!!! Employees always pleasant and helpful!!!
