I went here with the family for dinner. I had a good time. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. I ordered a chicken buffalo wrap with fries and a water. It tasted good, I ate the whole thing. I'm a disabled veteran and I brought my service dog with me and didn't encounter a problem. I actually caught the attention of another patron who was also a veteran and he paid for our meal which was really friendly of him. The food was good, the service was good, and the atmosphere was nice. I would recommend checking this place out if you're looking for something nice and casual with a friendly atmosphere.

We ended up at Friendly's because the 3 previous restaurants we went to on this Saturday evening had 30 minute + waiting time. I haven't been to a Friendly's in probably at least 25 years. It has changed! The menu was varied. Hubby had a senior burger and I had a salad with grilled chicken. Both meals had fresh ingredients and tasted great. Hubby's meal came with a small sundae which was more than enough for us to share. Our waiter was attentive, but not pushy. I'm glad we went there because we will go back!

Food was good as it always is .... the Problem was the staff , it was kids night and the server Decided to argue with me about what meals qualify. it is really funny that the one in Hamburg is very accommodating to her father that is taking his two daughters out to dinner and lunch kids eat free menu work as long as I order a qualifying appetizer..... i then got bill and they Nickel and diamond me to death for any of the little extras such as dipping sauce bbq .... My Family has been working in the restaurant industry for all my life. there are just certain things you do to keep the customer happy and then the server gets a good tip and a Returning customer. So NO returns to WilliamsVille NY location .... i will be sure to let all my other friends with Kids Know the Fun time i has at this location.

The staff here is incredibly friendly. The food is decent, the ice cream is amazing! They always accommodate my weird requests and are incredibly good with kids.

Mediocre at best. Service was polite I guess, the food was mediocre, not much variety at all. I used to love Friendly's but now its just disappointing.

Fantastic Burger Shop! Friendly's is a wonderful mom and pop burger shop with a cozy setting. This place really reminds me of what you imagine American restaurants to be on tv as in rock and roll music, Burgers, Milkshakes and waitresses with a classic uniform.

Service was slow - we waited a good 5 minutes for the hostess to come out to greet us and seat us ( restaurant was not even 1/2 full) what the wait was for who knows. The waitress took our orders and we waited and waited ( all we got was the hamburger dish - nothing fancy that required a long prep time )
