We have ordered out here 3 times. For the first time we actually stopped in and dined there. The service was amazing, the sushi is fresh and professionally prepared. The ramen is flavorful and I found myself making noises everytime I took a bite. They have many food options, and everything is customizable to your liking. It has quickly become our favorite spot in the area. Highly recommend the spicy Tonkotsu ramen with steak. We will be returning.

BEST ramen bowl in WNY. PERIOD. This restaurant has ruined every other ramen/boba restaurant for me. The food is absolutely fantastic, the boba is delicious, and the people who work here are so polite and kind! Love this place and will be back many more times!

I have been a loyal customer for a while now and have only had a few problems. But I drawn the line on hair in my food. We ordered 2 hibachi dinners and requested fried rice as our side. I was disgusted to find a hair in the rice. I took a picture and immediately called. The owner refused to refund our dinner. They offered free rice or $5. That's not okay.

I love it here, their sweet potato rolls are so good. They are tempura so the warm sweet potato has that crunch and combined with the sweet eel sauce is it like a dessert. Vegetable, california, and avocado rolls are also my top favorite here. We had a party of about ten one time, and there was a large mobile order happening at the same time and we got a few dishes that were meant to go to the mobile order so it is definitely better to come in a group of four or less people.

Nice people but the atmosphere was spoiled by school kids hanging out, swearing and yelling. It took some time before the owner asked them to leave. I ordered a hibachi shrimp salmon with a mushroom soup as well as scallions pancakes. The pancakes were greasy and smelled like fish from their cooking oil there were no scallions in there. The soup was served almost cold and the broth has no mushroom taste at all. Shrimps and salmon were overcooked and maybe reheated? And chewy. the vegetables and rice were ok But there was no seasoning no salt on this dish at all, except for a maybe teriyaki sauce hidden in a corner. No other seasonings present on the table ( soja sauce or other ) I will not return there.

We came across this nice small Japanese joint while driving past it. Loved the sushi, and the beef salmon hibachi rice. The serving was big and spicy. We also tried the Ramen. The prices were a bit on the pricey side, but given that there is not a lot of Japanese options in town. Along with the hibachi, we got a side of vegetables. The sauce on it was so goood, we kept having more.

I ordered pickup for the first time here and they said 20 minutes. I showed up on time and they did not even have my order started, I was told a few minutes so I sat down. I watched as they served my to go order to people dining in, obviously confused when nobody took the items. I had to tell them they messed up and they just slid my katsu into a to go container instead of remaking it. They then had to remake my other two items that they already served to other people. I sat there for 30 minutes watching my katsu curry getting soggier and colder by the minute on their countertop. No refund, no sense of urgency to remedy the mistake. By the time they finished my order the katsu curry was basically leftovers being plated, replated, and just allowed to sit. Food was okay, would’ve probably tasted better not needing a microwave, but for the unprofessional service alone I wouldnt recommend.
