Always friendly staff when we have ordered and they always get our order correct. Miles better then the new jersey mikes location in Cheektowaga. You can definitely tell the difference in ownership and employees between the two. Just sad that we can no longer order delivery from this location.

Food is amazing first time coming here and I bought the chipotle chicken sub a worker that I asked who's name was rashad preferred the sub and it was a 10/10 he made it perfect with the right amount of chicken and sauce very nicely cut plus the lady that ringed me up at the register her name lida was super nice both workers provided great service and were welcoming and the place was clean I'ma make sure to come back cause that Rashad guy knows how to make a hot sub best location too

The food was good, everything was fresh and the pickup was on time when I got there. My only problem was I ordered a #2 sub which should have had ham and cappacuolo and all it was was ham. Not sure what happened to the cappacuolo but this was my first time there in the food was good enough that I will try it again and see if I can get the actual sub I ordered next time.

Probably some of the nicest workers and greatest service i’ve seen in Buffalo. Many chain restaurants are lazy and slow but this specific location seems to have some great people working at it. Always super nice and order is always ready when I get there. Love love love❤️

Very big parking area in the back, nice location right on Main st. Went inside around 3pm on Sunday, place was super clean and the two workers got my Philly out very fast. The sub itself was really good, 5x better than Jim’s steak out, and I LOVE Jim’s, so that means a lot

BEST SUB IN THE WHOLE WORLD!! I UNFORTUNATELY MOVED TO A DIFFERENT TOWN WITHOUT A JERSEY MIKES BUT I WILL MAKE THE 20 MIN DRIVE EVERY TIME!
