Due to the kiosk, no one pays attention to the front counter. The wait was ridiculous. I had call out to the back to get waited on. Then, my very basic cheeseburgers only had meat and cheese on them. They forgot the rest.

I don't understand why have 2 windows and not use both windows. Why are the sandwiches made so sloppy? It was just Mc Chicken sandwiches. Why am I waiting so long at the window? McDonald's has lost their Customer Service badge with me. Not only this visit but several. I don't know what's going on with the cheese on the Sausage Biscuit with cheese, why isn't it melting? Are you using old cheese? I'm done with McDonald's.

I visited this location and because I said to the window person I did not get a chance to add fries he refused my order. I drove off peacefully without any incident. If this is the caliber of individuals that work for your establishment I am embarrassed for you.

First time to this location since I was in the area. Time was about 5pm, food was hot and fresh! I haven’t had flakey pie in years ! And the filling was warm all the way through! I actually had to blow on it, nuggets were fresh. I just really appreciate the fresh, hot food, everything was in the bag, fresh, fast and friendly service.
