I came here after visiting the farmer's market and just wanted a quick fry. 30 minutes for a sprite and a large fry is extremely disappointing. At some point someone working drive thru made a mistake and we were asked to pull in the reserved drive thru spot where we watched 10+ cars leave the drive thru I'm assuming with their orders.
Do you think they ever offer anything extra for the wait? A free pie ? A cookie ? Anything to make up for literally making fast food take longer than sitting down at a restaurant and waiting for a meal? Not at all. To me that's extremely poor customer service. We didn't order something extraordinary.
And getting a refund after all this time seemed utterly pointless...if it takes them this long to make a single order of fries I can't imagine if I actually wanted a meal...): I'm a fry fanatic so this was not a good experience. I'm sure they had something happen inside but again to expect customers to wait 30-40 minutes for 1 French fry with nothing more than a sorry is a bit unacceptable

I just went through the drive through and got a four pc nugget box filled with Big Mac sauce instead of my kids nuggets Couldn’t tell until we got home. I’d rather drive 5 miles to the next one than deal with these people again. It had to of been done on purpose.

Waited at the drive through for 15 minutes, only 2 cars in front of me, placed my order, waited another 8 minutes (yes I timed it); Went to pay for my order, and the cashier informed me that the egg Mcmuffins that I ordered were still frozen, and there was only 5 minutes left for breakfast. I was told I could change my order, no apology, no offer for discount, just attitude. This is THE WORST McDonalds I have ever been to, and I'm a guy who likes McDonalds. Just skip this place, go to another location, and maybe they will make changes to improve. Side note, since this is the closest to my house, have given them multiple chances, and this is one of the locations that ALWAYS has a "broken" ice cream machine as well.

It’s McDonald’s so that’s the standard. This location the food was mostly ok. The fries were a little colder than desired. The issue is that the drive thru took a real real long time. And it was a Sunday night during a Bills game and there were zero other customers.

I don't generally 1 star places but there were only 2 customers in the building yet it took 8 minutes for the cashier to address us. When my food arrived, the bottom of my Big Mac bun was hard (stale?), they didn't bother to mix my mcflurry (I got a cup of soft serve with Oreo crumbs dumped on top). They didn't give me a spoon with it and I had to remind them that I ordered a drink. If you want McD's, skip this one and go elsewhere!
This is just terrible. You got 3 employees staying in there not doing their job. Well, I've been waiting 10 minutes for an order. And they're just talking no foods get moved around why are they getting paid.
