In and out quickly with my food which was good. The lady that finished my order was awesome.Very personable, very nice, and actually talked and didn't seem to be in a hurry.Ticket had the name Madeline on it so I guess this is her. Just wanted to give her a shout-out and let management know she's a keep so I hope they are paying her well. Years ago when I had a business my partner an I hired our customer service team from personal encounters like I had at Moe's....
Really love my local Moe's. The food is always great and workers friendly. They have a policy of yelling "welcome to Moe's!" whenever you come through the door and while it may be a little forced, I think it's a great touch to keep employees engaged and customers acknowledged.
Awesome service! I came in a little heated after getting no answers from the robot on the number. Yaro noticed immediately and walked over to calm me down and talk to me. He then inferred that I wanted to know about the catering. But when it started to pick up again he excused himself and went behind the grill and started working with his employees which I loved to see, a manager helping his staff. But once it die down, and he was still helping customers, Aiden and illya came...
