When I travel, I try to find the best coffee shops in the cities that I’m passing through and try their pour over. I thoroughly enjoyed over winter coffee. I got their Ethiopian pour over, and it was excellent. It was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. Their staff was very knowledgeable about coffee and friendly, and you could tell they brewed it the right way, which is harder to find than one might think. I have found a new favorite local coffee shop. The coffee is so good, and the staff are just fantastic. My first time walking in the door, they treated my friend and me like we were regulars. They joked with us, made us laugh, and really made us feel welcome.
