I had another great experience at Panera Bread in Williamsville. I was genuinely impressed when Gaby, one of the team members, recognized me even though it had been several weeks since my last visit. That kind of attention to detail and customer care really stands out. Gaby and the entire team are always warm, welcoming, and professional. The food is always amazing. Cherry pastry is soo good, bread bowl with mac n cheese my go-to. The best thing is the ultimate sip club. The iced coffee is very good, can't wait to try other ultimate sip beverages (in a couple hours)
