Financeé ordered delivery through the Panera app. It took over 2 hours for the delivery even though she placed it for ASAP. Eventually the order said it was delivered but, it never arrived. With the app you cannot contact the driver directly so we were in the dark. Attempted to contact the store but after calling numerous times, it would just disconnect after a while. Went through the in app support and they only offered a credit on the account for 2/3 of the total order price. Not even a refund to the card. I do not recommend ordering delivery through the Panera app from this location.

My experience here as a regular, is that they’re get pretty busy in the mornings (can’t speak for the other hours of the day). That said, even a simple order of a toasted bagel and coffee can take quite long. Today I did my regular takeout and later realized my bagel was burnt): it actually looks worse in person. The staff seemed stressed out and were making it quite visible— which I understand, they can have a rough day, but it’s unfortunate that my poor bagel was affected.

A friend and I met at Panera to catch up with each other's lives. The food was delicious! We both ordered the soup and half sandwich. All the food was yummy! They also let us take our time. My friend also ordered a dessert and she said it was delicious! Every time I go to Panera, I am delighted with their food. I would recommend this place.
Vegetarian options: Try the soup as it is delicious!
Parking: You can park in back if the front lot is full.

The food is good but expensive. Some of my favorites aren't available anymore since they changed their menu. Service was, well, I ordered via kiosk and then a worker yelled my name and didn't acknowledge me when I picked up my tray so IDK how to gauge that. Atmosphere is kinda chaotic tbh.
