I went to get some broccoli cheddar soup, and they were out of baguettes. When I went to pick up my order, I asked if I could pay for a sandwich bread instead. Patrick stepped in and said, “We can just give it to you,” and even asked if I’d like it toasted! That’s awesome customer service — thank you again!

Absolutely awful atmosphere. There are some old guys who come into the dining and blast divisive political radio, refusing to lower the volumes when patrons ask. Not a ppace I would ever choose to visit again with Spot, etc. nearby.

I live 3 hours from this location but have to travel here a couple times a month for medical reasons. This is the only place we will eat lunch when in town due to the friendly staff, consistently good food and comfortable atmosphere to relax, eat and prepare for the long ride home.
Food was good with the usual Panera price/portion ratio. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Tables weren't really getting cleaned but also weren't too dirty.
Both bathrooms do have changing tables.
