main st should be awesome, but it just isn't... they have solid service and seems great overall, but the food is just not. Idk what the issue is exactly but I've gotten at least 6 breakfast feasts and between the bread and egg whites were soggy. I was able to eat it this time but I've thrown that stuff out a few times. I'd recommend if you can choose your location pick the one on Niagara falls Blvd in Amherst or military rd in Niagara Falls. These are by far the two best locations I've been to, and I've been to panera 100s of times. Out of all the main st has the worst food I've been to. Transit rd East Amherst is fine, but they'll mess up if they're overwhelmed. The one on Losson Rd in Depew I've only been to twice, and it was decent but not enough to voice an opinion yet.

No meat on my sandwich....this is sad. And for an $8.10 sandwich! What a ripoff. I was the only person in there! Definitely not going back.
We stopped here for breakfast / lunch whilst on tour. I accidentally ordered an entire foccacia bread for myself which I guess turned out OK because I had it for like 3 meals and snacks. 10/10 would highly recommend an entire foccacia for bands on tour. Also, PS I'm sorry, I'm not sure if it is spelled "foccacia" or "focaccia." I guess it could also be "foccaccia" but that just doesn't look right to me.

Fabulous service here! On my return home to ?? I stopped in for coffee and a scone after my appt. In buffalo today. Noticed the food which was coming out looked amazing ?The orange scone was one of the best I've tried and I always love the mild coffee ☕️ I bought a pecan braid to bring home with me ?Highly recommend if you're in Williamsville/ Main Street area ?Busy place but great atmosphere and lots of seating . Patio outdoors and free parking ?

I encountered the nastiest, rudest, most miserable employee I have ever met in my entire life here! And everything I needed was empty, despite this employee doing nothing at all. I was and am afraid to say anything to this employee again. So I guess I can't go here with my "free sips" pass which I am going to cancel anyway. I would give the full story but I am actually scared of this person. It was so bad, it was something you would expect to only see in a movie for dramatic purposes. I don't even see how this person could possibly have ANY job interacting with the public or any form of customer service. It was actually terrifying.

Love Panera. Using the app is easy. Just make sure you have your silverware before you leave if doing pick up. Soups are the best.Vegetarian options: Vegetable soups are very good.
