Absolute worst experience. Will never go back to this location. Staff are discourteous with no people skills or customer service. Pizza Hut should really think about training the staff including the manager at the transit road location about what customer service is. All 6 pizzas were undercooked from the bottom. Staff's response was defensive and very unprofessional! Would never suggest anyone go to this location ever! Shame on the staff for being so unprofessional.

if i can go negative on star i would. bought the pizza found a super long hair in it (probably 2 feet long hair). try to call the manager...first they left me on hold for like 7 min so i hung up. then i call again and the store never pick up the phone. so i have to take the pizza there and ask for a another to replace it. but the manager there couldn't careless about the problem. the pizza is absolutely disgusting and terrible customer service by the manager. never ever again i will go to pizza hut. i will let all my friend and family and if any of you still going here i suggest you check your pizza before eat.

The manager (big ol'feller) was the rudest person ive ever had to deal with, i typically dont share my opinions but in this case i had to. my food was not made right, and when i asked for it to be fixed he turned his back, and refused to make it. luckily the blonde girl made me a new one. if it were my buisness, i would not employ someone who doesnt care for his customers. we will never get food from here again

I dine in once a week every time we do we always get great service, pizza is always hot when it comes out, I always get friendly smiles by staff not only that the manager who is an older woman is always coming up to our table asking how everything was.
I love their lunch buffet option. Staff is always really nice and the food is always plentiful!

I've never had a bad experience at this location; I've ordered with friends, came alone for the buffet, and ordered takeout many times. The food is always fresh and delicious. The waitresses are always nice. I'm only taking a star away because this place is in desperate need of a remodel. I'm glad since my last visit they have replaced the tablecloths at at least, but this place is just too dark and old. New booths are definitely in order at the least.

Ordered a bit of everything. Was ready right when I arrived. However, it seems all Pizza Huts now either changed their recipes or simply don't cook the food as long or as hot as they used to. Everything is always soft, even right out of the oven. This isn't a fault of this location as I've tried others. I miss when the bread sticks were crispy, and the bottom of the pizza had a little crispy crust. Now it's all mushy/soggy. I don't order from Pizza Hut as often as I used to. Plus the online deals aren't so great as they used to be. Still, this location was clean and well-kept, saff was pleasant, and food was tasty, so nothing to fault this particular branch for.
