I am not happy that this place closed and left me with unused credits on my card because I was going to use them next time I came in, it wasn't a lot of credits but still, I could only imagine how those who were saving up for a big prize with their tickets feel after this. The horror. Unfortunately those are gone and so is my money before I was able to get back there. This is all after I made youtube videos of this place and I promoted it by writing an article about it on a website I write articles for, all done in my free time and with equipment I pay for out of my own pocket. I made an effort to help this place succeed again on my own time and with my own equipment and I was never asked to do these things by anyone, I did them out of my own free will. I know 2-5 other youtubers who went WELL above and beyond to help this place succeed including probably spending more money there than anyone else did. I also had my game card registered with my email and address and other personal information in the system and I received no notification that this was going to happen so I could spend my credits before it closed. I am also disgusted at this mall for not informing anyone this place was closing before it did so I could spend my unused credits, and because of this I probably won't be returning to this mall ever again. I have learned my lesson and I will only support Dave & busters from now on because at least I know they won't close and leave me with unused credits and tickets on my card that can never be used again!

They were out of Captain Morgan at the bar and only served cheese and pepperoni pizza and wings for food. I honestly wouldn't have even given them one star. Ended up driving a little further to Dave and Buster's.

The place was empty and service was still poor. They forgot about my order and never came back after finally bringing out to see how anything was. The building and games are great! The staff needs a major overhaul.

Nice place. Was Dave and Buster's, but they have almost no employees. Went on Friday night in late September and their bowling section was closed. I'll be amazed if they last through the winter.

It's pretty horrible. $60.00 for thirty mediocre wings and and absolutely disgusting frozen pizza. I've gotten hair in my food and gave places a second chance. Not going to give Rocky's one.
Nice and quiet on the weekdays. I can sit by the door and space out while my children play the games for an hour. Let's be honest, someone's it's nice to not have to helicopter about while the kids have fun!

We had an amazing afternoon at this location,the gentleman working behind the counter that day was the only one and did a very good job taking care of us, even though he was the only employee at the restaurant and gaming facility at the time he did everything in his power to meet the needs of every customer there! I don't know this guy's name but definitely deserves a bonus!!

Purchased a game card there. Employee added a tip to my charge that was not authorized. Manager gives you the run around and will not reimburse the charge! In my opinion that is clearly theft!!! Shame when local business allowing employees to skim from their customers!!!! Will never return!!!!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Came here for lunch and for one specific game. We show up and doors from the outside are locked so we had to go into the mall to even enter this place. Then I notice they don't serve any food or drinks in the entire "restaurant". There were virtually zero employees around and of course the one game we were coming here for, for our 4 year old, the ghostbusters game, AND IT WAS BROKEN!! Never ever coming back to this once vibrant business. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
