Russell's Steaks, Chops, & More

One of Buffalo's best fine dining restaurants, always a treat to have dinner here when visiting from out-of-town.

Service was great, bread service was excellent. The best French onion soup I have ever had. Unfortunately, the steak and mashed potatoes, were “ok” but would not reorder. The crab was also very fishy and tasted frozen not fresh.

Honestly had the best service and wait staff, unforgettable experience. The food was 10/10. Russ does it like no other.

We come to Russell's twice a year one being our anniversary. The food is always Incredible, the service incredible the ambiance incredible the noise is Quiet. We Love Russell's and we Love what Russel does for Our area He is a very Kind and Wonderful Man. I have but one question we were under the impression that Surf and TURF had a 12oz tail this one we got Last night was maybe 8oz at best , You should clearify that on the menu and or offer the 12 oz tail too. All in all I give Russell's a 10 out of 10 Thank You. The Patriots Park is Lovely and so Incredible Thank You

Our server,Ryan gave great meal recommendations. I ordered a snickers martini that is not normally on the menu. The bar staff stated they didn't have the typical ingredients; but created a drink for me they thought would taste delicious. It truly was...did not disappoint. It was a great anniversary celebration for me and my husband.

We have dined at Russell's several times and sadly this visit will most likely be our last. We checked in early and told staff we were heading to the bar for a drink, we checked back in five minutes before our scheduled reservation and were treated rather rudely, looking back we probably should have just left. Our waiter was very pleasant, attentive and professional. Appetizer was wonderful; however, the entrees were not. There are too many great restaurants in the area to dine at instead of settling for less than average.

Chris was outstanding! The place is a step back in time but not dated. We will be back anytime we are in Buffalo.

This place is an amazing choice for dinner!! I had the New York Strip, the best I've ever had!!

Celebrated our 22nd anniversary, beautiful experience from the time we entered until leaving. The cocktail menu has wonderful drink options, with a great presentation. We enjoyed clam casino for an appetizer, the best we have ever had! Our meal was prepared to perfection and service was impeccable. We cannot wait to visit again.

Russell's is the best steakhouse in WNY by far. The food, service, and ambiance are superb

Filet was excellent as were the stuffed peppers. Our server Eric was excellent friendly and very efficient.
