Spinach salad was very wilted and my daughter's pizza bagel was loaded with chunky sauce and topped with a slice of American cheese that was barely melted. Service was average and food came out pretty quickly. This place has really gone down hill over the last 5 years.

LOVE the people here, super friendly and great pricing! These are a local franchise and the coffee if locally roasted as well! I can recommend for a quick bite and coffee, definitely a step above Starbucks. Will come here again!

The first time getting coffee at this location took a little while, but the coffee tasted excellent. However, when I invited a friend to go there, all kinds of mishaps occurred. First off, my friend's bank card did not go through. She said she had plenty of money in her account. So, I had to pay for both of us. I didn't mind paying for hers, but it was just inconvenient. The girl taking our order seemed rather oblivious to all goings on there - a real space cadet!! The bagels we ordered were not really toasted but kinda raw inside, and the cream cheese was just a melted, gooey, sloppy mess. The coffee did not taste good either, as it was kind of bitter or maybe just STALE. It was not what I expected for the price I paid. They also CLAIM to have pizza but are ALWAYS out of dough. How can you have an item on the menu when you NEVER have the ingredients?! A colossal fail.

I frequent spot as a student and bring my work here during the weekday when it's not too busy. I love it! My order is typically an iced coffee with a bagel and lox, but i've also heard great things about the Mikes sandwich :)

Great place for coffee and a snack, and to relax on comfy chairs and chatwith family and friends.

Ordered new Yorker pizza which I had eaten several years ago, probably before pandemic. This time we found the pizza sauce to be very sour, quite awful in fact. I would not order again.

Stopped in for breakfast in between appointments. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant with mayo and black pepper. Lucy, the cashier, informed they couldn't put black pepper on as it's out in the sitting area and not in the kitchen. I asked if I could grab it and give it to them to add to the sandwich to avoid me deconstructing the sandwich to add pepper. She went on to say it was "not something they do." I told her I really wanted to avoid taking the sandwich apart (i really I have an issue with temperature with my food so I didn't want to release heat in a warm sandwich). She then said "it's just not something we can do here and I can't allow it." The can't allow it statement threw me because I didn't think it was that serious of an exchange, or an unreasonable request, but whatever. I said ooookkk. Gave her my name, Rashika, paid and found a seat. The sandwich had no mayo on it. Sent it back to be applied. It was good. What surprised me was my receipt. She called me RaSHITa. Wow! In all my years I never heard that one and can only attribute it to what Lucy felt was a bad exchange. So Lucy, I have nothing against you. Next time your uncomfortable with a customer don't take it personal, remain professional and respectful. That was disrespectful and ugly. And if you want say oh I just took a guess at the name, I'm not buying it. It was a clearly intentional jab as you never asked how to spell it and had a clear attitude. For a first visit, it'll be my last. Kindness, patience and decent customer service is lacking here despite the Jolly decor.

Had a seasonal latte and a breakfast sandwich while sitting with my son as he worked. The latte was ok but the breakfast sandwich stole the show. The line was long but things moved quickly. Great setup for him to work as we visited. Not to crowded or noisy.

Truly an all-time awful breakfast sandwich. Flavorless focaccia and a dab of cream cheese with eggs and some melted provolone. Gotta step it up. Coffee is good though.
