This place is good. Service is quick. It was not much rush when we went there, they have put all the vegetables in good or required quantity. Well maintained place.

They should hire more staff, I saw only two that too on weekends. There will be lot of waiting during rush hours.

Employee made 2 1/2 subs and I remarked it was not the same size sub and didn’t ask me what kind of bread and they put the wrong cheese on ! And manager’s attitude was very disrespectful and rude and she said what’s wrong with the sub I said u put the wrong cheese on it and she said no I didn’t u have the right sub I said no u made it wrong and she was talking under her breathe about the sandwich I didn’t have tomatoes on it it was suppose to be plain ! Something things to be done about this manager

had sub here few times. the bread is really tasteless and colorless especially the white bread compared to other locations.

I have eaten here several times, but just recently there was a new worker whose pants kept falling down while he was making the subs so he would use both hands to pull them up and then continue making the subs which is cross contamination to the highest degree. Then he would check people out with the gloves on and then pull up his pants again and think he was going to make my sub the same way. Don't they train them that they have to change gloves and not cross contaminate. I mean he looked like he was 12 years old so they need to make sure these kids are trained properly and not cross contaminating the food. .

Showed up at 8 pm sign says the close at 10 open sign on. Doors locked nobody inside. Not so much as a sign to say they're closing early. What a joke

Ordered chicken teryiaki through the app. Never toasted the sub and the chicken was literally cold. Like came out of the refrigerator and onto my sandwich. Don't wonder why thoa franchise is dying

This store is gross I went on weekend one worker working with her three little kids, running climbing, pulling stickers, pulling cups, filling it with drinks the back with the vegetables and everything was a total mess no bread. Another worker comes in. She leaves with her three kid and leave this poor worker by himself with the place a total mess. The owner of this place needs to step up and there should be 2 to 3 workers working and maintaining the cleanliness and freshness so disappointing.

I go to this Subway two or three times a week for lunch. I always receive a good quality sub - fresh bread, lots of vegetables. The pizzas are good, too!
The staff works hard to keep the line moving and get customers in and out quickly. Its a convenient location with a friendly atmosphere. I definitely recommend!

Rude older lady Everytime me or my family is in there (she’s the manager) . I always leave irritated that I allow her to treat me and other customers the same way every single time at this location. Other workers always seem to be lost or just don’t know what they’re doing. You will not get a hello or goodbye only a “what do you want” . If you’re angry and don’t want to work in fast food then don’t, plenty of behind the desk jobs that don’t require you to talk to people. Clearly not happy workers or managers, only ever met one nice black gentlemen in management and that was my best and only good experience here. I can always expect to get 2 day old bread too , it’s and brown even before the toast (I worked at Subway, the Italian bread should never look this way) . I don’t even toast my subs anymore if she’s working because they’re rocks to eat, even without a toast this time it’s rock hard sub when I got home. Do better or find somewhere else to work!!! So sick of this place and the rude workers especially the older women who’s name is no where to be seen.

The older lady doesn’t seem to like her job I work nearby so I’m frequently there for lunch she’s extremely rude and always gives dirty looks when I ask for extra lettuce or steak on my sandwich she says no I can’t there’s no way to charge for anything extra on the cash register. They definitely need to hire someone different I will be calling corporate because she was just super mean to the orderly gentleman that ordered before me screaming at him “speak up I can’t hear you”!

Placed an online order which I provided a confirmation for and was told that I “ordered from the wrong place and didn’t pay for it.” To which I showed them the confirmation disputing this information and was told “it must have been cancelled and you’ll get a refund because we have nothing to do with the computer system.” Asked why I did not receive a cancellation notification then to which I was told “I don’t know how the system works with your phone” and would not make me the food despite the confirmation and credit card receipt. Had to speak to the manager over the phone who was VERY rude which seems to be a reoccurring theme given the reviews below, maybe it’s time to start looking for new management with better customer service?
