Workers are not approachable when you walk in they look frustrated the staff today with long black hair even said “ugh it’s none stop today” and rolled her eyes while talking on her ear phones. There’s flies flying around the food the food doesn’t even look fresh the bread cabinet was wide open and it just looked a complete mess ! Do better subway

Went to this location because it was convenient for us and easily accessible. We got 2 meatball marinara subs, sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub and tuna sub. Went befor lunch and then they tole us the were out of both fresh mozzarella and regular mozzarella, Joe is that possible the day is just beginning. The guy was rude and told us he had mixed cheese which tasted terrible on the meatball marinara’s, brutal. Then we ordered a churro and they said they were out of the cinnamon sugar for the churrro. This place is a disaster with rude workers. They also didn’t take of the 20% off the subs which is the current promotion. Never to return to this location.

The food was okay, but the employees here are rude and lack any sort of customer service. No greeting and acted like it was a huge inconvenience for me to order a sub at Subway. If you're that miserable, find another job where you don't have to interact with the public.

Lady walked up to me when it was my turn raised her hands and said “what do you want” in a super aggressive tone. There was only one other person in line behind me. Insanely rude and impatient

It's absolutely hilarious what passes off as customer service these days.
The low hanging fruit employees that work at this location don't even realize who pays their low wages, they must think business runs on how shitty they're attitudes are.
Older white woman was beyond rude. My nephew and I went in for lunch and to get footlong pretzels, she proceeded to tell us we were supposed to tell the other lady and then when we asked for the cheese she said you need to ask we don't just give it out and it was ice cold, amongst other things. I will never step foot back in that place again. I've done food service and there is no reason to be acting like that. I even thought for a moment she might be having a bad day and everyone is entitled to them until I read other reviews complaining about her too.

My nephew and I went in for lunch and to get footlong pretzels, she proceeded to tell us we were supposed to tell the other lady and then when we asked for the cheese she said you need to ask we don't just give it out and it was ice cold, amongst other things. I will never step foot back in that place again. I've done food service and there is no reason to be acting like that. I even thought for a moment she might be having a bad day and everyone is entitled to them until I read other reviews complaining about her too.

Pretty depressing. 6pm, go in for 2 subs, multiple things are OOS. Only had italian bread but they continue to ask which bread you want. Only 2 types of cheese available. I ordered one of the promotional new subs with the cheddar cheese sauce, and they come back to tell me they don't have any, but shredded cheddar is the same. Of course it's not really, that's why this is a special promotion. If it was 830pm I'd be more understanding but its 6pm. Submaker could have at least smiled once or twice. Whether this is a one-off or mid decline, i could not tell you. But our fast food splurging night was pretty anti climactic.

The lady working today at 3pm with blonde hair was so ignorant. The store was empty, I walked in and she just looked at me, didn't greet me or even ask what I wanted. I told her I needed a minute to look and she got frustrated and walked away and said something to her coworker. When she came back she was on the phone the whole entire time she made my sub!!! Trying to not let it bother me befor I go to work.. but I can't believe someone could be that ignorant!
