It's been a while since I visited. I missed my favorite tea!! I had a cup this morning at work. I was so happy!!
I love Cup of Communitea. Love the environment.Justine is super sweet, kind and very informative about all the teas. I stopped in today and purchased a blueberry violet lemonade. It was the best! My boys loved it too! ❤️
Such a great shop! I love the variety of teas, accessories, and most importantly the workers!
The chai tea class was great! I had a great time trying new delicious teas, meeting new people, and learning about the teas!
We love Cup of Communitea! We've taken a few classes, bought great teas, and love their positive impact in the community. Justine has converted my husband from a coffee drinker to a tea drinker and it's great!
wonderful shop! owner was very kind and knowledgeable about different teas and flavors, my favorite tea comes from this shop! 100% recommend :-)
I attended "Taste of Africa" class at Cup of Communitea. Justine recently returned from a trip abroad where she visited tea estates in Malawi and South Africa. Using photos, videos and talking, she related her experiences while we tasted various teas that she brought back from her trip. This class was very interesting and informative about the way tea is harvested and processed. As a result of this and other classes (plus the shop's employees expertise) I have come to enjoy so many varieties and flavors of teas. Even if you're not currently a tea drinker, visit the shop and maybe you will become a tea drinker.
I enjoy the wide variety of tea. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in and asked if I need help or have any questions. I can take as much time as necessary to make my selection. It is always a positive, relaxing experience.
A wonderful place tucked away in the prettiest part of Main Street, Williamsville! Super friendly and helpful staff, and the teas are delicious! They have a ton of options of loose leaf tea you can buy by the ounce. They all have temperature, amount of tea per ounces of water, and steep time instructions, which I find super helpful. I had always disliked teas for being too bitter or too watery, but now that I'm preparing it properly it's delicious! They also have events and classes, which I definitely want to try at some point.
We love taking classes and trying new varieties of tea! The employees are so knowledgeable and ready to help you discover something you’ll love!

From the amazing tea possibilities to the classes on how to craft delicious tea beverages Cup of Communitea has become one of my favorite places in Buffalo! I cannot put into words just how wonderful it is to have a wonderful and knowledgeable local tea shop.
We had an incredible experience at Cup of Communitea. The store was great, but the experience was even better. It is refreshing to go somewhere and have the staff be as knowledgeable as they are!
Love this spot..
While I'm sharing where I'm planning on checking out, forgot to mention this wonderful gem of a place! I just stopped in to look around (It looked so inviting and cozy through the windows) and learned so much about tea I never knew! Like YES! There really is a science behind how each type of tea is brewed and why!!! The owner was extremely knowledgeable and I was like a kid in a candy store! Besides the teas they also have a great selection of tea pots ( the decor atmosphere and service was phenomenal before I forget!) Honeys Sugars candles tea accessories and more! I grabbed a bunch of different kinds of tea for my cousin in Las Vegas to try and he's been raving about them! I also tried the ? ??? and hibiscus sugar! I stopped in today and grabbed some of the ginger ? ☕ and if you know anything you know I love my ginger!!! Definitely happy with my selection!!!!! And will be there quite often!!! Who knew The Village of Williamsburg had such a hidden treasure?
Excellent selection of high-quality loose teas.
