Rachels has the best-tasting Gyro in Western New York, hands down. I don't know how they make their meat, but the flavor is outstanding. In addition, their Rachel fries are amazing. Fries covered with Feta and drenched in olive oil.

Parking: Plenty of free parking.

From the looks of it, I didn't think they were open. I'm glad they were. The food was fresh and oh so delicious. It was clean and waited about 5 min for food. It needs a bright paint job out front so it attracts more people.

I love their rice bowls. This was my frst time being disappointed with the food and service. Stop by last Wednesday. my order was wrong, I am allergic to peppers and the top was covered in them.
I was told they have a new cook, but I was the 1st one there before the lunch crowd. Waited another 10 mins, and that order was wrong too. (should have checked before I pulled off) still peppers and other items I didn't order. I called when I got home, the manager was...
