The Pub by Wegmans

I love the pub by Wegmans and honestly can't remember what this wegmans location was like before this opened! Most recently, my family came with some of the family that was in town the night before thanksgiving for trivia! My parents and girlfriend and I had come for trivia a few weeks beforehand and really enjoyed the experience. Ordered the Mediterranean Impossible Burger. It was better than I expected. Tastes very similar to beef. The texture is a little lighter. Goat cheese and roasted tomatoes are a nice complement. The aioli is the star of the show. At $14 for the sandwich and pickle only it is pricey. It seems "Impossible" that a plant-based burger should cost as much as the beef.

I haven't been here in a while so I gave it another chance. They didn't disappoint with the pork belly grilled cheese sandwich. I also went out on a limb and ordered the onion rings. You also have the option to pair a beer from their draft or bottle selection. Everything was large and delicious! I also have to acknowledge the wait staff and what a wonderful job they did to keep us happy!
