Every Tim Hortons has old hash browns that sit well past use dates. They taste hard and like freezer burn. This company gets away with this because people really only care about the coffee. Meanwhile if you get any soft drink check the ice they scoop in. It’s literally stealing the product you paid for. This will soon be a legal issues as they have stolen money from people for decades. Bottom line is for ice fill. Mine got almost all ice and about 6 sips of Diet Coke. Thief much Tim ! ?

Ordered a plain bagel with extra butter and toasted. It came out plain and not even toasted or no butter, I gave the store a call and said whoever made that bagel please teach the right way. They proceeded to laugh and hang up. I called back and the high stoned kid who made my bagel picked up the phone and was just laughing…..will never come to this location ever again. Poor service

Great coffee place and bakery has become pretty excellent too. My only ding is that I grew up in the area and prior to COVID all Tim Hortons were open 24 hours and it was incredible. Now they close closer to 10pm and open at 6am. Understandable but sad.

I ordered a coffee around the afternoon shift and I was met with a great amount of positive energy from Heidi and her co-worker Marisol. They both cracked jokes while getting me my coffee which was an amazing cup of coffee (pretty much the same quality level as the tims from Canada). You usually don't find great customer service at tims or a decent coffee, but for the past 3 months its been great every time. Heidi deserves to be store manager!

The English muffin was burnt the egg was dried and the cheese was just put on. The counter girl was upset almost in tears. BUT the worst the rest of the worker laughing and joking around like it was funny that the counter girl was upset. I was very disappointed ?

Update 5* to 1, Zero Stars if I could.I liked this location because they still carry cinnamon rolls but I'm fed up with their service.They repeatedly have trouble keeping their posted hours and arbitrarily change their close times!This location updated their hours on Google to say 1:00 p.m. close today. They have a sign hanging on the door all week that says it's really going to be 12:30 today. And when I show up today at 12:00 and try to hit the drive-thru they're closed and an employee blocks my access to back out of the driveway so that I don't have to wait for the cars in front of me to get their orders because evidently they were still open for those 20 seconds ago.
