I used to really like this Tim Hortons but the wait time has gotten ridiculous. We chose to go into the store and order and we waited over 20 minutes. I love their food and the people are polite but it’s definitely gone downhill.

Lady with the green hair this morning extremely rude. Rushing, short answers, not smiling. That's not how present yourself at a counter taking orders and serving the public. If you don't like your job, then work somewhere else. Also, why is there not a skim milk option? She said there wasn't. Strange. Coffee is too expensive these days to be treated with attitude and disrespect. Drive thru line was long so I went inside. It's one thing to be in a rush but there wasn't very many people inside. While speaking with her I actually couldn't hold my laugh in, I was so uncomfortable I thought it was a joke. Added a star for the quality of the food and beverages. Not bad.

Like Starbucks but way better. The food taste better, the coffee is better, and I didn’t have to sacrifice one of the kids to pay for it. Less than $50 for 6 ppl. I got 40 donuts holes for less than $10. Too bad this is a NE American and Canada joint.
Tim Hortons, you ruined my life. Ever since I was a child I'd hear stories upon stories about how you're the greatest coffee shop, dare I say better than starbucks. I went in today for some breakfast and when I asked if you guys had Kolaches, you look at me as how I would look at a cave man. The "breakfast" wrap I got instead was a whole egg and sausage wrapped in a bland tortilla, what I'd consider an abomination to my tastebuds, the coffee tasted more like water than water does and my will to live has completely gone
