Went to this drive thru this morning and was a bit rushed when placing my order. Friendly staff and polite at the window. Atrocious matcha latte as per the photo, the latte was not filled and looked like someone made a medium and placed it in a large cup.

Staff is very nice but they fill their drinks to the brim with cream no matter how little you ask for. The drinks are not edible and because of this I have to give them 1 star. It's actually insane. Every drink is completely white because they put so much cream in there. There is no coffee. It's cream all the way down. What the hell is going on? Am I going insane? Whoever is pouring their drinks needs to find a new line of work. If you love drinking pure cream you will love this Tim Hortons though.

I've wanted give this place a bad rating for a long time but haven't because the staff is so nice, but I'm just so done with this place. I've been coming to this Tim Hortons for years now and I can guarantee it's not because they're good it's out of convenience. I am sooooooooo sick of them constantly getting my orders wrong. I am the kind of person who orders the same exact thing everyday and I have NEVER gotten the same cup of coffee twice from this place. They make it different every time. The reason I'm finally biting the bullet and leaving this review is because they are constantly giving me real sugar in my coffee when I ordered it with the sugar free vanilla syrup and splenda. I double check every time I order that they've got the sugar free part correct and they always do over the speaker, but whoever is actually making the coffees just doesn't care at all. They could literally kill someone with that mistake. I'm just so done with this place.
I was dissapoibted they don't do wraps or pannis there. But my food was good.

I was just at your establishment and was purchasing a $25 gift card and a coffee. It was about 6:20-6:30a.m. A very kind young lady was helping me. Something went wrong with the gift card so she asked for help.
A very nasty, angry skinny guy pushed her out of the way and treated her horribly.
I am absolutely appalled by his behavior.
I have never been so upset by a person’s behavior. He should not be in customer service or working with others.
I had to sit in my car and calm down or I was going to cause a scene.
I will be going back to say something to him.
That young lady deserves a sincere apology and gratitude for her kindness and staying calm around such an obnoxious guy.
Honestly ruined my morning.

This location is normally my go to location as I’ve been here many of times and whenever they are out of something they tell me at the drive thru speaker upon ordering. However today that didn’t happen which was fine but problem came when I encountered the manager, Joann. This lady turned this minor situation into something that it didn’t need to be. It ended with the drive thru window getting slammed in my face mid conversation after her saying to me “I have a line, I don’t have time for this, do you want your money back or not”. All of this over an item, that I ordered and paid for but want available. She was rude over the fact how I paid for my order after I explained numerous of times I didn’t place a mobile order but yet paid through the app, which the cashier scanned. She tried to tell me I said mobile order, I said ma’am when I said I paid through the app, I never said mobile order and isn’t this scan and pay Through the app? She got pissed because I was clarifying it and told her she was rude and proceeded to the nastiest ever! Again over something so minor and the fact I kept questioning her is what she didn’t like. Mind you I still don’t have my money back. In any case this manager needs to be retrained on being a manager and better customer service. Sadly I can tell I’m not the first person she’s done this too.

Ordered four small coffees. All had disgusting grounds in the bottom of cup. Called and Denise said I’d have to come in for 4 replacement coffees. Problem is, I don’t live near there - so I asked, can you please credit my card. I was advised no. It’s one thing to make a mistake and provide poor service with yucky coffee grounds. It’s another to then not rectify it and advise the ONLY way you can make it better is for me to come in, when I’m not local!
