I work overnights, and the only food we have available is Tim Hortons, More then half the time I come here I get rude attitudes from the the staff or get told “we don’t have sandwiches” or “where not making sandwiches” even “wraps” they don’t make. And the only food they offer is old donuts left over from morning shift and you can see flys flying around them. What’s the point in having a 24hr Tim Hortons if they refuse to make food for the staff? Especially when the hospital cafeteria closes at 6pm and night shift don’t get in till 7pm. Or I especially love it when theirs a line at tim Horton and the staff hides in the back room not even taking orders so half the people walk away without buying stuff………. For a business staying open 24 hours a day you sure loose a lot of money and customers from lack of attention and lazy employees not being able to do simple task.

This Tim Hortons is really a good store for a hospital location and the people are so nice and respectful and the food quality and service of the employees are exceptional and fantastic.

I needed 100 timbits for a gathering that afternoon. I was afraid they wouldn't be able to fill my order due to its size, but it wasn't a problem. Clerks were very helpful and quick.

The lady Heidi that works overnight has a mean nasty attitude she always have a nasty attitude and take multiple cigarettes brakes and puts up a sign that says be back in 15 minutes and have waited over her 15 minutes for her to return and after 3am she does not want to make good

The staff is incredible! Their customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable of their product and caring! I went in for a brunch with family like a month ago and they assisted me in selecting whats most appropriate for my diet! Very helpful! The food was fresh and presented to me in a very kind manner! The place was very clean and tidy! The staff does a great job! Thank you!

Anne, Anu and the crew at Tim Horton's - Millard Suburban were very sweet to us. Finding comfort in a hospital is not the easiest thing but this Timmy's did just that with their coffee and great service! Given that the store is located in a hospital - it's as good as it gets. Thanks again!
