This used to be the best tim hortons, but this store really hit the fan. Bottom of the barrel, cold crumbly scrambled eggs underneath a freezing 1/2 slab of cheddar cheese and cold nasty bacon. On an everything croissant, that tasted like it sat in a cold dry smoker for hours on end. Not to mention my second sandwich, BEC on pretzel bagel, which was damn near solid, obvious to a 10 year old that it’s been sitting for HOURS, barely any salt left. Same scenario with the toppings, however I had regular eggs and they were okay, but this sandwich also tasted BURNT BEYOND BELIEF! It wasn’t burnt itself, it tasted and smelled like your employees let a bagel get caught and scorch in the toaster. 0/10 . The last 5 times I been here the food quality has been terrible. I still have a disgusting cold bacon , burnt taste in my mouth. How can people willingly let let me pay for horrible food? No way they didn’t know. Unreal. Keep my money, please, because it’s the last dime you’re getting out of me. .

Filthy. Run a vacuum inside for gods sake. I ordered English Muffin w bacon egg … got biscuit w bacon egg…. It was fast at least. I didn’t bother to complain as who wants to do that….

Tried getting a double , double and donut. They were out of my first 3 requests. When I left I found they gave me a black coffee and the donut looked like it was a day old. Complete waste of waiting 10 + minutes in line .

Almost all the tables were dirty or were cleaned with a dirty rag. Bathroom doesn't look like it has been cleaned in weeks.

As a company you should remove hashbrown from the menu, i have been 4 days in a row 3 locations and no hashbrownstoday i didnt order one i asked if there was a chance they had hash brown today

Cold, Late, and Basically Trash – Worst Breakfast Experience
Ordered just a simple breakfast: coffee, toasted bagel with avocado. That’s it. Should’ve been quick and easy. Instead, it was a complete disaster.
The order took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was a total letdown. The coffee was fine, but the bagel? Cold, soggy, barely toasted, and the avocado looked like it had been sitting out forever. No seasoning, no effort — just slapped together like they didn’t care. I couldn’t even eat it. Straight into the garbage.
Tim Hortons seriously needs to do better. If you can't get a basic bagel right, what’s the point? Never ordering breakfast from here again.
I would rather go to Dunkin Donut from next time

I hear people rave about Tim Hortons all the time. The service was fast and friendly but someone needs to explain how this is any different than a McDonald's or Burger King.
