Awful everything. Im not one to leave reviews but holy this was bad. Ordered a Egg farmers wrap. Ive never hurt my teeth so bad before eating a dang Hash brown in the sandwich. How can you even get that bad. The egg it self tasted like plastic. The guy at the microphone did not greet me or nothing straight to “what do you want” like what happened to manners?? What do you want? What do i look like? Not even how can i help or what can i get for you. Requested ketchup on the side. He said i got you. NO KETCHUP! Like why is it so hard to do your job.. any the coffee? A whole gallon of Vanilla syrup is in it. Might as well order a Vanilla syrup with a two pumps of coffee. Honestly super disappointed. What a way to ruin someones morning.

I used the Drive Thru for my order. I asked for 2 bacon egg & cheese on a biscuit and got a croissant instead. My drink did not get a straw and my donut was stale. I also received no napkins.

I have been coming in for the timbit bucket refills lately. I have been lucky enough to have Jesus assist me. He is always courteous, respectful and pleasant. This is the best Tim Hortons experience I have had in a long time.

Went there on a weekend to get a coffee and the place was not clean at all. The service was terrible. Had to literally go up to the staff and tell them to clean, so that I can sit for dine in. Even then the staff barely cleaned it. Worst tim hortons I have ever been to.
