Went there on a weekend to get a coffee and the place was not clean at all. The service was terrible. Had to literally go up to the staff and tell them to clean, so that I can sit for dine in. Even then the staff barely cleaned it. Worst tim hortons I have ever been to.

It's hit or miss at this location. Usually have a longer than normal wait time in the drive thru. Service is same, hit or miss. Depends who's working. Like any fast food places the employee turnover rate seems to be pretty high, always new faces. Food quality has gone downhill, but the prices always go up.

I was at the speaker in the drive through with my truck shut off and the young lady had a difficult time understanding my order. Co-workers were clearly not helping her either. Extremely loud commotion going on inside the restaurant based on what I could hear through the speaker.

Every time I asked for something, she would respond with a completely different mini item. It was ridiculous.

I was so frustrated with her not being able to get my order straight that I just left.

I visit this location 4-6 times per week and the service is getting worse and worse.

Atmosphere is non-existent because people just don't come.in here anymore due to eh poor customer service by the manager. She has no business running this location and nickel and dimes everything, arguing not to fix an issue even after the order was placed incorrectly by her. They even charged my daughter 27 cents for a cup of water. Its frustrating since I came here with my oldest 10 years ago almost daily, wed sit and do her homework in the morning, had great service from the staff who was always cheerful, and the prices were much more fair for better quality. Other.locations in the area obviously are affected by the increase in pricing but this one just has a staff led by a manager who has zero customer service experience and no personality. It's a shame.

Stood there for almost 5 minutes before waiting on me. Very hard to understand the employees because they were foreign .which I have no problem with that. We r all equal. Ordered breakfast sandwiches & when I opened them up they fell apart because the ingredients were basically everywhere. I will try this restaurant to give them a second chance. Maybe they were having a bad day.

Went through drive thru, ordered 1 small blk coffee, 1 med blk coffee, small tim bits. We had to repeat ourselves 3 times then another person tried to confirm our order and had to repeat it 3 more timesWORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
