Went through drive thru, ordered 1 small blk coffee, 1 med blk coffee, small tim bits. We had to repeat ourselves 3 times then another person tried to confirm our order and had to repeat it 3 more timesWORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Asked for a bagel with cream cheese toasted and and ice Capp. She handed me the ice Capp in the drive thru and then stared at me. I nicely asked for my bagel and told me that those words never came out of my mouth. Like I know what came out of my mouth…she rolled her eyes and said that she didn’t charge me and then I apologized for the inconvenience and I handed her my card and I apologized again and she just looked at me. Handed me my food with attitude not toasted and I told her have a nice day and she gave me a dirty look.

I went to this location and ordered a hot coffee and once i got home I opened up the lid to find a massive dead bug floating at the top of my drink, this is so disgusting and appalling and i will never be returning

Shazia is so pleasant and brightens my day every time I go to get my lunch time coffee. Today someone accidentally put an iced coffee up for me but Shazia remembered that I only ever drink hot coffee without me even having to say anything.
Something has happened to Tim Hortons in general this last year. I just stopped at this location and got a muffin that was frozen solid in the middle and was charged $.27 for a cup of water with a decent paid order. I’m going to broaden my horizon for coffee and baked goods and find a new place.
