Extremely slow only stop if you have extra time to spare. I should have asked for a refund, the food was terrible and not cooked fully. I will never return to this location, a gas station tim hortons is 100x better.
No music or anything in background but food in cases looked fresh.

To stop serving food in when you close in 30 minutes is ridiculous. I get 5 or 10 min but 30 is ridiculous. Can’t even toast a bagel.

Coffee and egg and sausage breakfast bagel was good but slow service and the signage inside is odd. They are kind of backwards. As you enter the pickup sign is closest to entry, and order is on opposite end. Probably would work to create a line if another sign said walk around to the end to order, or an employee actually should dire t the flow. Anyway people congregate at the pickup side and congests the area.

I stopped here to have some hot chocolate & a breakfast sandwich. I was an hour early for a job interview. The atmosphere was wonderful. The other guests weren't too loud & the table/chairs were clean/non-sticky. The cashier was friendly & got me some jelly when I asked for it. Will visit again when I'm in the area.

I ordered a medium 3 cream, 2.5 sugar coffee with a shot of sugar-free vanilla at the drive thru on February 28, 2025. My coffee tasted awful because the sugar was at the bottom of the cup. There were 3 employees gathered around the coffee pot and noone could incorporate the sugar into the coffee? This was my first time using this location and it will also be my last.

Kid-friendliness: Very clean atmosphere as well as great food .
At three different times I went through the drive thru and the same girl was at the window. I ask for a napkin like I always do because for reason Tim Hortons no longer puts a napkin in the bag. The first time she gave me an attitude when I asked for one and she was so rude I actually went in to talk to a manager who I was told is only there in the morning. Moving on it happened again. I asked for a napkin and she with this smirk on her face threw a pile at me, some going in my car and some on the ground. I again asked for a manager and she said she wasn't there and then she became a bully and told me 'to come in the store" "come on come in the store" with the smirk What was she going to do beat me up! The events that happened with this girl are so out of line that I have to bring it to attention

Very disappointed with the lack of service I received. I was in the restaurant for more than five minutes and none of the staff could be bothered. I am fairly certain I could have wanted an additional five or ten minutes and still not received service.
I do not know what role my race or sex played, but I was the only black or male person in the cafe at the time. All other workers and customers inside the cafe were non-black and female. The two woman in line before me had their orders taken and that was the last order taken in the cafe. All other orders were via the drive thru.
Apparently restocking cups and glancing to see if I left the cafe every 30 seconds was more important than taking my order so I could be on my way. If I could give this review zero stars I would since that is what they earned. Would not recommend.
