At three different times I went through the drive thru and the same girl was at the window. I ask for a napkin like I always do because for reason Tim Hortons no longer puts a napkin in the bag. The first time she gave me an attitude when I asked for one and she was so rude I actually went in to talk to a manager who I was told is only there in the morning. Moving on it happened again. I asked for a napkin and she with this smirk on her face threw a pile at me, some going in my car and some on the ground. I again asked for a manager and she said she wasn't there and then she became a bully and told me 'to come in the store" "come on come in the store" with the smirk What was she going to do beat me up! The events that happened with this girl are so out of line that I have to bring it to attention

Very disappointed with the lack of service I received. I was in the restaurant for more than five minutes and none of the staff could be bothered. I am fairly certain I could have wanted an additional five or ten minutes and still not received service.
I do not know what role my race or sex played, but I was the only black or male person in the cafe at the time. All other workers and customers inside the cafe were non-black and female. The two woman in line before me had their orders taken and that was the last order taken in the cafe. All other orders were via the drive thru.
Apparently restocking cups and glancing to see if I left the cafe every 30 seconds was more important than taking my order so I could be on my way. If I could give this review zero stars I would since that is what they earned. Would not recommend.

Out of all the tim hortons in the area. This is our favorite. Least likely to get our order wrong and always very polite. -We visit often. ☕
Since when tap water is 27 cents? It's ridiculous. The greed has no boundaries. Such a shame, to charge for tap water. If I'm purchasing a coffee and ask for napkins, sugar and extra cup it's okay, but if I'm asking for just a cup of water it's a 27 cents? I will never again support this dirty business.
