Menu selections seem to be optional at this location. The hash brown evades us here in williamsvillei had one at the wherle cayuga location and every other day the cashier says we don't have those today.im not coming to the evasausage egg and cheese on jalapeno bagel, hashbrown large coffee, orange juice $5 tip, the cashier had a heart felt sorry. Evans &sheridans location again. If anyone reads this understand how stypid this complaint is, if mcdonalds was iut of hashbrowns do you think they would be running around trying to get some. Different mentality. Its a minor thing but understand how rediculous it is that this location in oarticular, doesnt know how to order in product. This is not the only location but i would think there is a money person somewhere shaking their head because i m trying to spend another $2 everyday and this company doesn't want it.
I’ve gone through the drive thru a few times now, the latest one being this am around 1130. Whoever the lady is working it, giving you your food/coffee should seriously consider a job that doesn’t entail dealing with people. No personality at all.

Placed a mobile order. Went to pick up are and was ignored. Asked about my mobile order was told pick up is over there in a different area, still nothing. Then got in line. The mobile order was placed at 2:43 I finally got my order at 3:02. I was told it was because they were short staffed. The people placing the order at the counter and the drive thru had no problem. A complete waste of time.

Extremely slow only stop if you have extra time to spare. I should have asked for a refund, the food was terrible and not cooked fully. I will never return to this location, a gas station tim hortons is 100x better.
