Iv came to this location a few times but today was bad. I ordered my usual Chicken quesadilla that came out good as always, but lets get down to the shake. at every other location I have been to I always ask for my shake to be double blended just so there are no floating pieces in my shake. But that was taken to a whole other level today. The shake had absolutely no thickness to it at all, it was almost water, then I walked up to the counter and showed them that the shake is to watery. When the associate turned to the shift manager and called her over the shift manager got a bit aggressive with me saying that when you double blended it, it will get thinner. I tried to explain that it had no thickness to it but was ignored so for the sake of argument I sat back down and drunk my watery shake very, very upset I eat at a tropical smoothie Cafe every day for lunch and I have never been so disappointed like I am today when having my lunch meal. I don't want to lose faith in tropical smoothie but if they hand out watery shakes I should rethink another place to have my lunch because today was ridiculous.

the girl with brown hair and a sleeve of tattoos was extremely rude and completely ignored me for 15 minutes while i stood there til i walked out. never going again

I've never had a smoothie that I didn't like everything is made fresh right in front of you.. their caeser salads are delicious

Need to put all smoothies or anything else in a sealed up bag so nothing can possibly be messed with when being delivered. Everywhere else seals up all there items !

Honesty, the bowls aren’t worth 11-13 dollars. They were so small I can hold it with one hand.

The cashier was RUDE made the ENTIRE restaurant tense. Forgot about one of her customers and gave major attitude. She just ruined everyone's experience. Awful.

I had the Bahama Mama Bowl, it was delicious. It was as delicious as something with 2000 calories and with only 380 calories. It was very refreshing.

I ordered three cheese chicken 'dilla and Avocolada. It was a mobile order. I did arrive, and I was the only guest at this location. A couple minutes later, they gave me my quesadilla, and the worker was surprised why I was still standing there waiting for something. When I told her that my order had the Avocolada smoothie, it took another 5 minutes for them to give it to me. When I arrived home, I was very disappointed. My 'dilla was not heated and / or melted, and the drink had a half of avocado in it. That's just unacceptable, not even a prime time visit.

I always get a smoothie (peanut butter cup with added whey protein) but yesterday I got the new spinach feta pesto wrap...it was excellent. Be sure to fill out the survey (link on receipt) to get a $1.99 smoothie ;)

Refused to take my money because it was a $100 a bill. Why do they not have a marker to detect or a machine to detect any fraud? All I keep are $100 bills.I make more than ther staff combined.

I love tropical smoothie .I go there at least 4 days out the week .I always get an island green smoothie with added ginger it's a little sweeter than the detox. I also get Santa fe chicken dilas with jalapeño corn .
