Waited 30 mins for appetizers which came out 2 mins before our entrées. Looked like it was sitting under the lamp awhile because the cheese was clumped on top of the wing dip.wouldnt have minded the wait if the food was good but it was mediocre at best. They said they would tell the Mgr but we had to ask for the Mgr again. We were given $5 gift cards for each of us.(4)? this place is usually very good especially the fingers but this visit was very disappointing.

Service was terrible. After ordering our food it took 15 minutes to get our drinks and another 30 to get our food. We never received our appetizer. When my daughter asked for some water we never received that either. The ranch dressing was flavorless and the chicken tenders were awful. I've been to Tully's before but this time was disappointed.

Have a family of 5. Called before we came in, they said no wait. Got there and they said 15 minute wait. Idk why they said no wait but we waited 32 minutes and there were about 20 people waiting with us when we left. We usually don't do that but we have little kids and we just scooted over to ? 'so and it was much more convenient for us. I don't like to be rude but when you're running a business you shouldn't rely on a bunch of teenagers. It's a friday night at 6:50, we got to chilies and there was actually no wait, writing my review here now.

i ordered 10 piece buffalo chicken with a side of fry’s i got my food there was no fry’s and the chicken tasted really off so i didn’t finish it the next day i got real bad food poisoning i never ever had a problem eating here the one time i ordered out i get real bad food

Food was very good, it was my first time at a Tully's I'm not a real sports fan I thought there were few too many TV's. I will probably dine at a Tully's again the food was good.
I cannot go any higher than a one star, because we never did eat. My wife and I went for dinner at 7:30pm and were told that the wait would be 25-30 minutes. We were asked for our phone number and told that we would be called when our table was ready. I received a text a few minutes later that gave us a link that would show you how many people are waiting ahead of us and an estimate on how much longer it would be. After about 15 minutes, I decided to check it since there were several empty tables available. The time showed that It would be another 45 minutes! So the 20-30 minutes now changed to an hour wait. We went to the front desk and asked the three girls why our time went to an hour and that there were several empty tables available. I asked if they were short staffed, and was told that the kitchen was behind on orders and that they were told from the manager not to seat any more tables until the kitchen caught up! At that point we walked out, drove down the road and had a nice meal at another restaurant, without any wait!

She named several things about my appearance and deemed them not acceptable for the Entry level waitress position. She took it as far as saying they don’t allow colored hair (colored weave) my hair is dark
