Wegmans is the best of the best!!!! No matter which store you go into. Restrooms always clean ( important when you're shopping with children). Produce is top notch, and organic is clearly marked.

Wegmans sub shop has stoped using deli meat sliced in the deli department and switched to a prepackaged pressed ham like you would find in an industrial style commercial deli meat. (Think Aldi or dollar store)
Yesterday I stopped to order some subs. The steak sub was fine. However when the employee went to make the ham sub she came back with a big bag of pressed ham that was perfectly shaped into oval formed pieces. I could not believe what I saw.
The “ham” was gross looking with large discoloration randomly inside the meat. (See below)
If you are going to spend $16 on a sub, just go to Jersey mikes or make it yourself. You will be embarrassed if you give this sandwich to anyone that knows what Wegmans was once capable of.

Sub shop is horrible. Purchased a large Chicken Parm sub for $15.99 and it literally had 2 chicken fingers on it. Sub was lousy. Avoid Wegmans sub shop and go to Jim's Steakout instead.

No accountability for meals-to-go delivery orders through their app. Delivery arrived and an item was missing. Called the number on the wegmans app and was told there was nothing they could do, I had to call doordash's customers service line to sort it out. Why? I paid 100% of the money for 100% of the order. Now here I am after work, putting in extra time doing wegmans' job for them. Never use their app for delivery orders.

Wegmans is good for quick shopping needs. They say they're lowering their prices, but I don't see where. For fresh produce, you're better off dealing with the smaller family farms.

In-store pick up although a convenience is a terrible option. We continue to get spoiled food, rotten fruits and veggies, etc, etc. Either the person picking out our grocery is not paying attention or it’s deliberate.
Complete rip off . What a joke !! Spent $60 for 1 bag of groceries. You don't save S*@% with that bonus Wegmans card, Tops has better savings than Wegmans by far. Even though I don't even shop at Tops

We are in a Wegman's at least every other day. The employees are all so helpful & friendly. I love Wegman's!! Their pharmacy is amazing. It is a family owned business. I like that. I was at Wegmans 083 today, Oct 4, and the lack of cashiers is alarming. Half of the check out is now self service. Where am I Walmart? I don't shop Walmart anymore due to the self check out. I am SPENDING money and do not work for Wegmans or Walmart.
