This happened twice both around 9pm. Ordered through the app, went to the store, Sat in line for 15+ minutes with no response from anyone or they would say “not taking orders” even though i would place a mobile order.. or at least cancel my order so i get get a refund. The doors were locked so i couldn’t enter. Both times i was unable to cancel my mobile order to get a refund because the orders were “processed.” I tried asking for help but got ignored. You could see some of the workers just sitting down not doing anything. People in the drive thru trying to order would get ignored too even after saying hello or asking for someone. Don’t go to this location. They purposely stop caring and taking orders after 8-9pm.

This used to be the best Wendy's in the area. Worth sitting inside and dining. This visit though there were no utensils, condiments or napkins and the dining area was empty. Sucks that everything revolves around drive through these days.

Been here a few times. Drive thru is slow even when there are not cars in front of you. Would go here before McDonald or burger king.

It's just regular fast food here. I prefer thier fries to other places. Food was fresh and the line went fast.

This place is a mess. Order a sandwich and it's wrong. The girl taking my order is rushing me even though I'm the only one there. And Everytime I get food it's cold or half a**ed. I've never been to a worse Wendy's before. The owner needs to make some serious changes to this place. Idk how a few months ago it wasn't to bad to being awful.

The employees at Night Shift are very unprofessional to the customers, They don't care about Customers, They always keep closed the door so that customers can't get into the store, They don't take orders at the Drive-Thru Services and give the customers a number of excuses at night time and there is no Management Staff at all at night which is why the store is going through a huge mismanagement. Corporate Office needs to replace the Store Management staffs to fix this issues!

Horrible place to go. Who ever the manager and employees who were working on 9/27/2024 at 9:10am are just horrible. I worker just stayed in the back staring at me. Another just walked by me. The manager finally comes out after like 10 minutes of standing there says I'll be right with you, takes my order says hold on goes in back comes back and says it will be a 15 minute wait. Come on really that's good service. I don't think so. I recommend never going there. Very very unhappy customer and I plan on spreading the word on how bad they are. Can't believe Wendy's would allow this.

The staff is abhorrent, they obviously don’t care about providing good food, and Wendy’s doesn’t care to hire good workers.
