Poor customer service, employees cannot understand simple orders, and take 10 minutes+ to respond to the drive thru. Service has declined alot in the past years

Unfortunately everytime i order from this site they can't seem to get it right. They either can't hear or don't care. Between that and the homeless guy that. Shows up every so often. Im just gonna stay way from this place

I roll through the drive through and order a double stack Biggie Bag, give the woman a $20 for the $6.77 purchase and she gives me change for a $10. After I call her out, she gives me the $10 back she owed me. Then I go to park and eat, and there's no double stack in the bag, just fries and nuggets! WTH?! So I go inside to get my sandwich, and nobody inside would give me the time of day. Screw this place, last time I ever eat at this location. I like Wendy's a lot, but I'll never go back to Transit and Wherle. I hope they all have a nice day there.

The most pleasant greating to a wedys ever, my cashier Sandy has made this one of the nicest greetings ever and her commitment to service is remarkable, after 35 years in full service restaurants ahe is a blessing she has qualities that arent trained but from her smile to her jumping in to help the drive thru greeter to my order being 100% rightshe has been cleaning and stocking and asked everyone if they were all set needless to say above and beyond it is one sandy that can make for a positive environment. Well thank you to whoever is responsible for being a part of my friday dinner. Thank you

I use to like Wendy's. But in the last couple of years they have went downhill. I tried different stores and none are what they use to be . The food comes out cold and messy. The workers didn't even wear gloves when handling food or food products. The counter person especially should not have been handling food.

Ordered a classic bacon cheeseburger….. I was handed a pile of slop. Pound of mayo and ketchup just leaking out the wrapper . Can’t stand that …. Wages are at an all time high but the quality an all time low…..

The location is great but the service there is horrible. They are mostly rude, impatient, and unprofessional. More than a few times I had to complain about my food being old and cool. This location has really gone down hill.

So, basically, the food there is always great it absolutely slaps. But like, here’s the problem. I ordered from Wendy’s and I paid money for sauce and I didn’t receive the sauce. I also didn’t get any straws. I feel like that’s mad wild and unfair. But still, your food is so good. I recommend The saucy Nuggs.
