I’ve ordered from here for awhile and the last time my order was wrong, the person I spoke to at the time said next time I can just get a meal take off the bill when I ordered. I tired to order today and they would only give me a discount. The customer service is awful I would not recommend and sadly I will no longer use this restaurant.

Wok 28 was my go to Chinese food restaurant, until recently I would still go back to that neighborhood for their Crab Rangoon & General Tsao.But on my last visit I was charged some sort of fee over my food price. The amount charged to my card was $2 more than the amount on my receipt. I tipped cash. $2 is only $2 and about 5% in this case but when I called to ask about it they hung up on me.I am focused on patronizing places that don't charge payment fees on a $40 check. Enjoy your last $2 from me, Wok 28.
