Wok 28 was my go to Chinese food restaurant, until recently I would still go back to that neighborhood for their Crab Rangoon & General Tsao.But on my last visit I was charged some sort of fee over my food price. The amount charged to my card was $2 more than the amount on my receipt. I tipped cash. $2 is only $2 and about 5% in this case but when I called to ask about it they hung up on me.I am focused on patronizing places that don't charge payment fees on a $40 check....
