For appetizers, had the kale Caesar (every aspect was very, very good), grilled octopus (average - prefer it slightly more charred and less gamey). For mains - the salmon and the bucatini with crab. Both were very good. The salmon was fresh and prepared perfectly- pink on the inside and crispy on the outside. Bucatini prepared perfectly too- somewhere between soft and al dente. I went to Copperhill for the first time to celebrate my birthday. We were stunned by the food and service! This place deserves a Michelin star.

Jessy took good care of us. She even provided free champagne to celebrate my day! We ordered several dishes such as a burger, scallops, French onion pizza, fig salad, blistered peppers and duck nachos to name a few.

Fantastic service and fantastic food. We had a table with multiple food allergies and they were extremely careful, attentive, and communicative throughout the meal. Highly recommend!
