I went to pick up orders this guy was hearing loud islamic sura which was causing my hearing problem so I told him to please lower the volume and he replied what’s the problem. Then he said this is my work station I can do whatever I want to and also said I’m the manager. How can a person like him can be manager with such professionalism. I said to him you can behave nice but instead he replies those things. Something wrong with him truly. I don’t how the authorities allow such loud music.

This Papa John's location is a complete disappointment and should be avoided at all costs. The hygiene practices are shocking, pizza workers handle cash with bare hands and then return to preparing food without washing or wearing gloves. This is completely unacceptable.

The quality of the products is equally appalling. For example, the Papadia Cheese Steak is a joke, it contains no steak, just a couple of tiny pepper slices, a bit of cheese, and is overall incredibly bland. Other Papa John’s locations manage to prepare this item properly, but this one cheats its customers with subpar ingredients and portions.

If you plan on using coupons here, think twice. This location seems to “punish” customers by skimping on ingredients or delivering subpar items whenever a discount is applied. It’s a disgrace to the brand.

Between the unhygienic practices and the blatant customer disrespect, this place is not worth your time or money. It's unsafe to eat here.

Baked some weird hair net/rope thing into our pizza. When we drove back to the store and presented it to the manager, he told us
"it is a mushroom." Does this look like a mushroom to you?

Great, local spot with friendly employees. They give back to the community and offer good packages for religious institutions and such in the area. Highly recommend!

I've never seen a place like this. They don't treat the man as a human at all. Employees don't care at all. They never address you. disgusting

Ordered via the app, selected pay cash in store, then store manager called me, won't cook the food unless the pay first. This is ridiculous, I am only ordering one single pie, made me wait at the store while they cook, after I paid. What's the point of ordering ahead them... So mad, first and last time at this store. Other stores don't do that!!

I watched the worker literally touch the card machine, the cashier and money; then go right back to touching the dough. Disgusting. Never eating from here.

low quantity of ingredients added to pizza made it look like plain cheese , hardly any toppings was on it. i took it right away with out checking, the behavior of owner was third class, and stated i would charge 15 dollars to deliver to port washington, seriously.
