Lovely spot that completely ignores its potential. Went there to wait for my family after a day of skiing. Not crowded at all. Within minutes a server came by with a menu and asked if I wanted to order food. I told her I was just going to have a beer. She told me that I would have to go to the bar for that. What? You can bring me food but not a drink? Bar was understaffed and took almost 10 minutes to finally order. $11.88 USD for a can of beer before tip!! I'm from Canada so that worked out to about $17+ cdn. That is insane and gouging pricing considering you can buy a 12 pack of Saranac beer at the local grocery store for about $20 USD.
When my wife and son arrived, she ended up paying $33 cdn for two draft beers.
I love Whiteface Mountain for skiing, especially when you can get a discounted ski pass but I will never spend an extra nickel at the hill.

Horrible and mismanaged, do not eat here! We sat at a high top, only to realize the window next to us was covered in flies and other bugs. Our waitress took almost 20min to take our order. Our food took almost an hour (burger, sandwich & nachos) only for it to come out cold. The kicker was seeing people who sat after us, have their food come out before ours did. Never eating here again.

The service was absolutely god awful. We walked in and the 3 hostesses took 5 minutes to seat us when there was 5 people in the restaurant. Once we sat down we ate the wildly mediocre food. Then our waitress gave us the check. We put the money in and wanted to go on one last run before the mountain closed but couldn’t because it took her 20 minutes to come to our table because she sat in the back and talked to her friends for 20 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend this godforesaken place to a paralyzed monkey let alone a human being.
