A poorly managed and poorly run establishment with perfectly average food that takes forever (a burger took over an hour). If you care about actually skiing avoid this place at all costs.

Bar and grill at the bottom of the slopes on Whiteface Mountain. Stopped in for a drink. Bartender ( from Poland) was super friendly. They have a nice selection of beers on tap and another customer raved about the pain killer cocktail. It's a deadly concoction of different rums and fruit juices that is sure to cure any aches and pains Whiteface inflicted on you! We enjoyed a Bavarian pretzel with a yummy IPA and jalapeño cheese sauce. Large indoor seating area and lovely outdoor deck with fire pit seating.

1.5hr wait after seated. Probably better to go once you're done for the day. Glacial service.

Comfortable digs, friendly staff, reasonable price but very basic food. Nachos with cheese sauce? Ugh.

Beef BBQ Brisket was very tasty, good portion size and fairly priced. The French Onion Soup was tasty but served lukewarm. Overall good menu with good options, especially when compared with other resorts.

Surprisingly good food! We were impressed. Prices comparable to other resorts. Our server was good and attentive although hurried. Hostesses were maybe more committed to their own conversation than to customers. Looking at other reviews, I think going off-peak might be key here.
Ordered two burgers medium, one was bloody the other terribly overcooked. The chicken tenders were not edible. French fries were eaten and beer was drank.

The service was absolutely god awful. We walked in and the 3 hostesses took 5 minutes to seat us when there was 5 people in the restaurant. Once we sat down we ate the wildly mediocre food. Then our waitress gave us the check. We put the money in and wanted to go on one last run before the mountain closed but couldn’t because it took her 20 minutes to come to our table because she sat in the back and talked to her friends for 20 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend this godforesaken place to a paralyzed monkey let alone a human being.

A memorable experience for all the wrong reasons.

Family got sick off of food. Ordered Nachos and they came out cold. Sent them back and they came out cold again for the second time. How do you mess up nachos?
