“I’ve been to several A&W locations before, but this one in Wilmington, NY truly stands out. From the moment we walked in as a family of three, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and even arranged the table to comfortably seat us.

Our server, Hannah-Joy, deserves special recognition—she completely understood the assignment when we asked to split the bill three ways. She grouped our orders flawlessly, and everything arrived without a hitch. The food was just what you’d expect from A&W—classic, satisfying, and served promptly.

The restaurant was also impressively clean. The team was already tidying up the moment we stood up, showing how much they care about maintaining a neat and pleasant space.
