Ordered clam strips, they came in a big ball that was cold. Also ordered a cheeseburger. Came out with no cheese. Added what was labeled as ketchup but was actually hot sauce.

Ordered a peanut butter, chocolate shake. I don’t know what they gave me but it was not a milkshake. It had the consistency of thick pudding and tasted like straight peanut butter. Even warmed up it still wasn’t drinkable. Pretty basic thing to screw up so bad.

A Gem by the Lake! Excellent food and wide selections of ice cream flavors and treats. Love the steak sub. Turkey burger is excellent too!

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon,girl at the register had no clue what she was doing.. order before ours came out wrong and then ours was wrong also.. didn't bother going back up to the window after hearing the hard time they gave the customer in front of us when there food was wrong.. wouldn't patronize this establishment again.

Food is yummy, burger fries, and more!
The workers sometimes forget to give customers their order numbers if they are packed, and when they call out an order number, you don't know if its yours or not. Otherwise, they are really sweet people that work there! It did take about 20 minutes to get a fountain drink while ice cream was flying out the windows. But food and drinks are really worth the wait tbh!
