I've been there for brunch and dinner Both tasty and well prepared. Beautiful outdoor setting in summer, spacious, nice breeze. Good dance venue, outdoor bar too. Restrooms could be upgraded... Indoor dining is comfortable, great wait staff and fast service.

We had a great afternoon sitting on the patio listening to great music by Reset To Vinyl. We enjoyed a great artichoke dip and some perfectly crisp chicken wings. BTW, the make a great Arnold Palmer.

I love it here... The atmosphere is one of the best outdoor places in Wilson. Stop and see Courtney at the outdoor bar, she is phenomenal. Always live music... Last night was High Voltage, they were great. Last night, Saturday 7/5, they were busy. I will totally give the server a break but you gotta pick up the staff for the short summer season. It's so short here in WNY. Lastly the food is...okay. They have some things they do great... Chicken wings, ahi tuna, any of the steam pots these are great. The lake perch was good, it had good taste but was greasy. Same with the salt and pepper tenders, good flavor, just greasy. The bison burger was... Okay. It just seemed very formed patty, minimal bacon and was more medium well than medium rare and 6 or 8 pieces them. Keep this a beautiful designation of Wilson.

Never had a bad meal here and gone about 5+ times so far, had seafood boils of all kind, scallops, ahi tuna, steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli, pot roast poutine appetizer, cocktails, shots, its all very good and views are amazing, bands that come are wonderful, good service, cant go wrong, also plenty of parking to the restaurant and plenty of seating. If its just 2 people you rarely need a reservation but its nice they even take them.

The captains platter is a very delicious and GENEROUS portion of fried fish, fried shrimp, fried clam strips, and french fries. Trust me, ADD THE PANKO!!! Every bite was perfectly crunchy and seasoned well. The kitchen here is top notch. Great views, people dancing the live music, qhat more could you ask for to have a good time out to dinner? Go here, now.

This is one of my favorite outdoor eating establishments in western New York. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Last night I had a few friends from Germany as my guests. Like always, the food was great. My guests really enjoyed the live music on the patio. Unfortunately, when we finished our meals, we stood near the outdoor bar area. One of my guest was pushed aside twice by the female bartender who identified herself as Courtney. He was a bit taken back because she never said anything to him verbally other than just put her forearm into his back, pushing him aside. My other guest tried to get her attention “excuse me Miss”. Very rudely she responded her name was not Miss, it was Courtney. He apologized and asked if we did something wrong. She said you’re standing in the worst place possible. “How can me and my workers get by?” I’m normally very aware of my surroundings and even as a frequent visitor, I did not realize we were obstructing them from doing their job. My guests felt like it was best if we just leave. I felt very embarrassed. I realize people have bad days but it still bothered me enough today, so I figured I would share my thoughts. This place will close down for the season and just a few short weeks. I hope to return again in the spring.

The food was great, and it's along the water with plenty of boats and a decent view. However, I would not recommend it for anyone of color. We ate outside since it was a nice day, and everyone stared at us like they've never seen a POC before. Usually, I can ignore it, or people look away when you notice them staring but not here. It was very uncomfortable, and it was clear we were outsiders. No fault of the establishment, but they could benefit from some culture, so it's not such a shock when someone who is not white walks in. That being said, the food was good. The shrimp tacos with mango salsa were great but a little pricey for the portion sizes. There is plenty of parking, even with a wedding going on next door. I meant to take pictures, but it was so awkward ? we just wanted to eat and leave.

We LOVE the Sunset Bar and Grill!! Our bartender, Josh gave us the most amazing night with such great service!! Josh was such a pleasure to be around and so quick to exceed our expectations, we will 1000% be coming back again. Food was delicious but the service is even better! For gods sake, promote this man already!
