Great place, the family goes periodically. They only have the Bar Menu on weekdays, but the food is great. Small Town service, which is friendly and personable. A high end version of a corner bar.

I had the Mulder Burger (Skully was not there), very good with fresh made chips and Niagara Lager on draft! All delivered by a great server, Alise. Highly recommended.

went for my Birthday , everyone enjoyed their food but the star was Mike .. he was bartending , serving and bussing all on his own ! He was outstanding . Thank you Mike ( and Liz) for making my Birthday special ❤️

Stopped into Vern’s and Had a solo dinner at the bar with Amy before a meeting.
What a great time! Amy was attentive and friendly. I ordered a Caesar salad with steak. My steak was cooked perfectly and my favorite part - the poached egg was done just to my liking!
If you looking for a place to have dinner with your family or just a solo date, Vern’s is it!

This is a great little corner tavern. Beer was cold and food was warm and great. The portions are the correct size, you won't have left overs. A Minus comment on the hip hop music but it got better.
