Awesome little eatery.All of the food has been great. The owner caters to the individual crowd there.I would highly recommend it if you're in Wilson.Chicken wings charred with Vern's sauce is a must. The Mulder burger was delicious.

I was told that it was like a bar and grill place so I was expecting at least a menu and it's mainly just a bar with a few bar meals like chicken fingers and french fries but they were decent a little expensive tbhKid-friendliness: Wouldn't recommend bringing your kids there. It was extremely loud when we walked in. Couldn't even hear the person next to you and that was at 5:45 so it gets a little crazy down there early. I went by at 9. :00 and full-out party going on by then by... yelling ...guys outside about to fight ...I felt uncomfortable just having to walk by?

Their chicken sandwich is on par with Chik-Fil-A's. SO GOOD!! Liz is amazing for bringing business to the small town of Wilson and supporting the community with her amazing food.
You will miss out if you don't stop here and have the chicken sandwich. The service was awesome and Emilee was such a great waitress.Chick-fil-A doesn't even compare. They are traditional and home made.If you pass it by its your loss!

Fish fry is excellent here. Very big, flaky and not greasy. Their salads though, where do I start? The Ceasar salad is a single heart of Romaine grilled with an egg, dressing, Parmesan and croutons. This alone is $12. Any added protein is $9.So, for $21 you are left hungry and have to order something else to supplement. They really need to do better on the salads so folks can have a salad as a meal. Offer a small plate (current menu) and a large plate.
Food was okay, but the real kicker was when we got charged $35 for Pepsi. They never told us they weren’t free refills. Who does that in 2023?? A little heads up would’ve been nice.

We stopped here after a tour of our wedding venue, which is close by. I had the ribs and OMG, they were incredible! Literally fall off the bone, melt in your mouth deliciousness ? And the baked beans were amazing too, SO tasty!! We will definitely be back.

Food was really good. I had the special ribeye with a crab cake and corn succotash. Cooked very well, however my wife's was a little undercooked and they were very nice about cooking it a little longer. We also has the Guinness Stew and it was great as well. It's a little noisy with bar goers cheering for the football game and music a tad too loud playing in the background. Additionally there was a very loud local lady sitting next to the front door with some friends. She was very loud and annoying. Acted like she owned the place, maybe she was the owner or an employee of just come her enough she thinks she does. We thought about coming back for dinner again, but in fear of her loud mouth being there again, we will find a new place.

Everything was so delicious, we ordered the Guinness stew, house salad and the chicken sandwich. So enjoyable. I liked the atmosphere and the music station they played. And the service was very friendly! Can’t wait to stop back! Oh and great Bloody Mary!
