We went for Carvel ice cream, there was 1 person ahead of me waiting on his order, It took a while to get someone to attend to us, A man who I think is the Manager came & helped, ice cream was ok but he needs to be a bit more unbothered, when you order it’s like you are bothering him, well that’s what his face looked like 😫, Hey just put a smile on my guy, it won’t hurt I promise… lol

Let me just say Thank you to Allen(Allan,Al..however you spell it). Not only was he running back and forth making subbs and getting ice cream orders but he didn't screw up once and was exceptionally still polite. I would be going out of my mind going back and forth to both places with lines for both. We were definitely waited on with efficient time. The shake and ice cream were both delicious!! He even offered to remake after he thought someone was dissatisfied. Excellent customer service... excellent ice cream and excellent well being of the building. P s he also made our subbs perfect as well!!

Typical Carvel ice cream, very tasty. The customer service is hit or miss, usually the servers (including the owner) are nice and friendly, although a lot of times slow.
I love the ice cream here. Great cakes. A Windham institution!

The service was terrible! A man I can only assume was the owner was incredibly rude and clearly annoyed that we decided to walk into his establishment. He didn't greet us and only asked if it was all on one order. When we told him no, he then rolled his eyes. A person in our group asked for sprinkles and he wouldn't put them on stating they wouldn't stick because it was not soft serve. I would suggest they clean up the place and learn to control their facial expressions and they might bring in more positive business.
