Don’t order on the phone unless you want to be hysterically yelled at. Said hello and asked if I could order takeaway and got impatiently screamed at immediately. Terrible service

Yelled over the phone while trying to order. Unbelievably rude, and possibly a screw loose
Wonderful Chinese food and amazing portions. Lo mein was absolutely delicious!
This is legitimately some of the best chinese food you'll get anywhere. Qin Fang Garden is an absolutely elite dining establishment. They're in there 5 days a week grinding, cooking up delicious meals for all of us. Soups, noodles, dumplings, szechuan, hunan, general tsaos. Chicken with garlic sauce SLAPS. I have friends who have come to Windham and YEARS later still talk about how good that Windham chinese food was. Bring your family, bring your friends. Oh and did I mention the people are fantastic? Qin Fang Garden is the lifeblood of Windham.

The food was excellent but the service was a little slow. I guess they were just busy but still just a little slow. And the atmosphere is just like any other Chinese restaurant you have gone into

I was not expecting this up here. Food is GREAT and the prices unbelievable.
I agree with the last reviewer. Miracles DO happen.
2018 was the last time. I’m not sure if the same people operate the restaurant. I realized the cook would yell profanities at me and my son in Chinese; or whatever dialect he spoke. I realized he was urinating in the wok while his wife laughed. Too bad my child was friends with their kids.

Restaurantji Recommends
The food is fine - not better or worse than any other standard American Chinese place. But their hours are random and inconsistent to the point of being just unreliable, and I would rather drive further in another direction for a restaurant that's open regularly and as advertised. Their current menu says they're open 7 days a week starting at 11:30. Their Google hours said they open at 12 pm, and they're closed two days a week. A sign on the restaurant door says they open at 1 pm and are closed 2 days a week. But I left at 10 after 1 on a day they're supposed to be open (a Thursday during peak tourism season) when the "Closed" sign was still lit up and there wasn't even a sign of life inside as if they were about to open any time soon. Add to that the "tax" for paying with a credit card, and I give up. The Chinese spot in Middleburg is just as good and a hundred times more reliable.

Food was good overall, won-ton soup was like hot water with old noodle (I would avoid this dish) but the sesame chicken and beef and broccoli were very tasty, good prices, the decor looks like it hasn't been changed in 5+ years, needs a lot more than a paint job, and there are Christmas decorations up from LAST Christmas in the middle of summer, good food if you order a main dish and good prices, just don't order something "out of ordinary"

They will modify dishes for you to make them vegan. Nothing is labeled as vegan so you have to ask. The scallion pancakes are a tasty ratio of grease to salt. My fav when I’m craving unhealthy. Lol.
Great takeout and huge menu with vegetarian options!
